Visit here if you’re into history of trains. Really clean and well maintained free exhibit. You could ring the bell when you’re on it.

Pretty nice place. We randomly found while walking by and spent there 25 minutes learning about trains and roadways. P.s. it's free of charge

Great experience, and totally free. The guide on staff was very friendly, and I learned a lot about the history of trains in the area and about the development of Vancouver over the years. Plus it's free! You get to sit in the locomotive and ring the bell.

If you're in Yaletown or downtown, you seriously need to check this out. Super convenient to walk to. The space allows for education and history, it's truly fascinating to learn about!

This is an awesome place for the entire family with kids to spend a couple of hours. My son really enjoyed it. You can blew the whistle, take a look inside the locomotive - real world train experience for kids. For parents there some chairs and lots of up to date travel guides - so now I can brush up on things to visit in Vancouver area ;)

Great place for train enthusiasm and novices alike with great staff and lots of information and material available to peruse and savour. A real tangible piece of Canada's history. Free entrance and near major transit line.

Google didn't recommend this nor did any travel websites. I was just walking by and came across it. Fantastic and the tour guides was awesome. It's little so plan on like 30 minutes but it's free. Take a peek inside the rec center on other side of the building that shares the original roundhouse station walls.
