I recently had my home inspected by JCHI Home Inspection, and I had the pleasure of working with Jason Chow. Not only was Jason a very pleasant individual to work with, but he also demonstrated a high level of expertise in the field of home inspection. I had Garrick out for an inspection on a home I was purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection. He answered all the questions I had and was really friendly and personable. He went through the entire house with the thermal imaging camera which was great. He had the report to me within a couple hours, it was very detailed and clear. Jason arrived prior to the appointment to obtain aerial photos of our house. He was extremely thorough for our home inspection and offered valuable advice as to how we can maintain the house moving forward! He had an infrared camera and thanks to that, we were able to identify a small leak on the ceiling that requires repairing prior to purchase. I would strongly recommend his services!!

I was so impressed by Jason during our recent home inspection. He is very thorough and provided us with a detailed review of the home. Jason was amazing. Showed up before the appointment, had all the right gear (drone, thermal camera). Did very comprehensive inspection and the report was very detailed but easy to read. The report also detailed how to fix the issues that were uncovered.10/10 would recommend to all and will use them again.

We are so glad to have had Jason complete our home inspection! I would recommend JCHI to anybody.We were on a tight schedule and JCHI were very responsive, booking us in right away. Jason was very patient as I became his shadow for the entire duration of the inspection, kindly explaining as he went and answering all of my questions. Instead of being intimidated by the 'guts' of the house, Jason's clear explanations made me far more comfortable (and eager to learn more about) about the parts of a home that usually confuse me. The inspection itself was very thorough and with the tools Jason used, we saw beyond what we would normally see with just the naked eye - we were able to locate a leak that we would have no idea existed otherwise (or until much more significant damage made it more evident). I can't imagine a home inspection done without these!The inspection report that was sent later in the day was very detailed and will remain an invaluable document for us that we will use and refer to often, especially in the first couple of years of living in our new home.
