The company in general is horrible and the service at all their stores is not any better. I had to go to this store to have my ID checked while procurement was on the phone.I had already done this 3 times and I know that because my account did not exist, it was tentative and also because it was a business account, that the store would have to call procurement.I informed the person working there, Guillaume, but he told me he was 100% sure that I just needed to use their phone to contact customer service. I argued with him that I knew that wasn't true, I needed procurement for business. He told me he was 100% sure and I argued with him and he just kept repeating, arrogantly and rudely, that he was 100% sure.He was wrong. The customer service could not transfer me and instead told me the same thing they had told me every other time.Thanks to this employee I had to spend an 420 minutes for a simple change of responsibility instead of 390 minutes. So it's not all his fault, but it's people like him that make the process 420 minutes instead of 60 minutes.Avoid Bell if at all possible.

The guys at this store rocks, all the staff are very helpful and patient. We don't speak French but they had no problem helping us in English. Congratulations for the service guys!

I bought cell phone with mobility plans during Black Friday weekend last year. At that time there was a promotion going on that you will get AirPod for free delivered to your home within one month but i didn’t get it yet so I called them. They are not taking it seriously and manager tell me he will get back to me but still he didn’t. They are not accelerating any requests and manager are working during the weekdays so they want me to come to store to accelerate this request during the work day . This is not good customer service at all. I hope any responsible person will take care of this issue.

Today I was there, to change my plan from fido to bell and buy a new phone, the whole process was smooth and Aminata helped me, and she was great in her job.

Great experience with one of the workers! Rosie was awesome, very honest, kind and helpful! Super efficient, if I had good reason to I would go back again but she solved all my problems so tough luck for me!
