Victoria, Mandy and team were unreal. We came to Victoria when we had purchased another home, and needed the confidence to sell ours in a way that would showcase its best assets and move it quickly. Tara (stager) came in with a list of homework, and we spent 10 days knocking through that list. When it was stage day we knew exactly what to expect, and came home to exactly what the description stated - an OASIS. The marketing was effective, we had over a dozen families attend our open house, and spent only 3 days on the market before accepting an offer. These are not covid times right now, and average days on market for our comps were 12-45 days. For us to sell in 3 days spoke to the effort we made, and this talented team of professionals. We love Victoria and the down to earth nature she brings to every interaction. She’s up to date on market trends and can relate to any concerns or challenges we have.
