Great customer service and did an awesome job repairing zippered pockets on my favorite down coat. I was nervous because the fabric is so thin, but they did a beautiful job. I have had slack alterations and hemming and zipper replacements - they always do a great job for a reasonable price, and they are very personable, besides. Highly recommend! BLC, Fairport

Perinton Tailor Shop is fantastic! I needed my wedding suit tailored in an extremely short timeline and they went out of their way to get it done. Our first tailor botched the hem on my daughters prom gown after cutting a full length gown into a short . I've used Perinton Tailor in the past and they do a tremendous job. I should of went there first but took the dress shop's recommendation. Bad decision! Sure, enough Petinton Tailor was able to transform the prom gown! It had to be hand sewed due to the bead detail. They fixed the hem and took in both sides of dress. It looks amazing. For the work that was done they charged a reasonable rate. We will return!!!

I had a great experience at Perinton Tailor Shop. I was carefully measured and everything turned out exactly as discussed and hoped. The tailoring itself is the best I’ve seen so far (I’ve tried a few other shops in Rochester). Their pricing is modest and definitely a deal considering the level of quality. I had an unexpected schedule change which lead to a time crunch, but the tailor had my large order ready very quickly, even sooner than promised. Highly recommend!
