Customer service is really good here. Which I considered the most prospective in my opinion or feedback. It’s not the biggest IKEA I have been in but it’s good place to visit if you are looking for reasonable prices furniture and easy to assemble. The prices could vary from cost effective to higher prices. I found it’s not the easiest place to locate the washrooms or finding your way to the cashier. However from my experience with the other countries Ikea it’s almost the same. They have dinning place inside Ikea, and I think it’s reasonable price and the serving size of the meal is really ok. We ordered a brand new kitchen to the Kelowna collection pick up. Mcdonalds has hands down the fastest and most consistently good coffee in town. Plus burgers :D. Confusing pricing signs, many items are labelled with incorrect price stickers
