Just did an annual filters change for my reserve osmosis system. Been with watermark for 6 years. Technician Samir has done a professional job. He is on time, efficient and keep everything tidy and clean after the job. He is also knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am happy with the service.

So far, very good experience at all steps. Donna was very helpful in taking my order over the phone and helping me to choose the best system for our home. Justin, who installed the system a few days later was excellent. He was very friendly, installed everything very well, explained the system and cleaned up everything before he left. He even tried to tighten our old kitchen faucet before he left. Very good service and I highly recommend this company.

Toronto's hard water gave me enough trouble such as build-up in my hot water tank, white spots on my shower tub, build-up in water thermos... decided to install a water softener to solve these issues. Watermart quickly responded to my request and gave me a competitive quote. The installation is prompt and easy, Zia gave me comprehensive explanation on how the system works and what I need to maintain the softener. It was quite a positive experience hiring them. I wait a week to write this review and I am quite happy with the soft water these days, the taste has changed a bit, like those natural spring water.

I just got service done by Justin and this guy is amazing!!! He serviced our whole home and RO system for the 1 year mark.He went above and beyond for us! For example, he helped us empty our bins and he did all the clean up. I honestly can't say enough good things about Justin.If you're getting service done, request Justin by name!

Installed a reverse osmosis system with Watermart. The customer service from Watermart was top-notch. The installation went smoothly with Justin providing excellent service, walked through everything step by step, and left the area neat and tidy. Donna at head office was very helpful in explaining the different reverse osmosis options, and walking through all my questions. Couldn’t be happier with my choice of Watermart!

Very happy with our Watermart RO system. Excellent service from Zia today on the yearly replacement of the filters. A very courteous, professional and caring person, and patiently answering our queries. Overall the RO is quite simple, with a good tasting quality water.
