Manax Plumbing, Pumps & Water Softeners

Was unsure about how many stars to rate as we had them come out twice for same issue. The first guy that came was asked to replace outside taps and hose connections due to excess spraying everywhere when using hoses , as well as inside shut offs. He was here for 2 hours and replaced the inside shutoffs and outside taps but put the old hose connections back on . When the job was completed he sat in his van for half hour , I then received text that job was complete, no in person communication . When he left I turned on taps and water sprayed everywhere at the hose connection as it always had. We were very disappointed that the problem was not fixed . My husband called them back and the next morning they sent Chris who replaced the hose connections and took old ones off. He was friendly and our issue is now fixed . Don’t understand why the first guy didn’t put new connections on or test it before he left . Pictures attached shows old connections put on new taps from first guy and then new connections replaced the next day. I would use manax again and had used them previously just would not have the first guy back for any jobs . One star for first day and 5 for Chris .

Kevin came to check my water softener as it didn't seem to be working well. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. He quickly figured out the problem and was able to get it up and working efficiently again. Kevin took the time to explain what he was doing and how it all worked and was patient and knowledgeable with my questions. I would definitely recommend Manax Plumbing and Kevin.

In the office Jenn and Alex are/were a pleasure to consult and chat with about Our needs and wants. Kevin was amazing! I can not say enough good things about as he was doing the work he was very professional and knowledge. We hope to have him back for other work to be done. Nicolas his apprentice was great as well. Great service on short notice. The plumber that was assigned to us was very professional and gave us peace of mind that our sump pump would work properly going forward.Would have been nice if we could have avoided the after hours charge, but that was unavoidable.

Service man who came to inspect our pump and water system was excellent while there. Asked him for a quote for a new well pump which he said he would send to us and haven't heard anything and that was about a month ago. This has been a disappointment.

Kevin was great! Was here earlier than expected, and he did a great job clearing out our sewage pipe that was clogged with tree roots, and used a snake camera to detect where the blockage was located, and how blocked it was. He got it all flowing smoothly again. He is very patient and answered all our concerns. Last summer,Kevin and a fellow employee installed a backup system to our sump pump, it gave us a great piece of mind knowing if we had a power failure that our basement was protected. They also got our well going again after so many years. Thanks Manax plumbing.

Kevin and Dorian installed our new R/O system efficiently, dealing with a tiny space to put it in. They cleaned up after the project was completed, and Kevin explained the process of using the new system. Highly recommended!!

Manax Plumbing and Chris the Tech was awesome! Chris has patience, and the desire to help educate the customer on the issue and options to repair. A great 1st time experience with Manax, they are now my go to for all things plumbing and water treatment systems. Thank you Chris and Manax.

The staff at Manax was great to work with. Everything from communications to labour was A+. Coordination of servicing was honest and fair. Shout out to Chris for the quality of work completed and making everything so simple for us.

Water pump was blown on a Friday. Manax had a new one installed by 5:00. Great job!
