When our grandma was going to be let out from hospital after a 5 week stay, one of our challenges was how to get her home as she wasn't strong enough to get into our car under her own steam and would require a wheelchair for a few weeks to recuperate. We were also going to need to get her back and forth to the hospital 3x a week for medical appointments. Finding this service was such a help and I am grateful for the kindly, courteous and professionalism from the drivers and from the team in the office. GTA Accessible Transport - you have made a seemingly complicated situation much easier to manage. Thank you!

Never used such a service before, but was extremely pleased with the professionalism, punctuality and attention to care. Kamal was an excellent driver. Price point was certainly on the high end, but well worth it.

Terrible service (this company is supposed to bus my son this year).Just statistics in the first school week for my son:3 days in a row driver was 40+ minutes late for pick-up in the morning.2 days in a row - driver never showed up for the return way.Company never reply to phone calls.

We want to thank you for your prompt accommodation this morning after being mislead and stranded by another company. We gave the other company 15 hours notice of the pick up and drop off time and when we called they said they still have to find a driver.With an 1.5 hour window you were able to miraculously confirm pick up and the driver waited for the drop off as well. This was a cancer appointment.We are very pleased with your service. Thank you.
