Needed a bike carrier for the hitch. James was fantastic. Despite long delays with the manufacturer and shipping, he kept us up to date on status, and progress. Any questions I have about towing, wheteh rit be a large trailer or bicycles, James is the guy. Straighforward, no BS, and no pressure.

Very nice to work with. I was bouncing between a split tilt deck and an over the tire tilt deck. I was pointed to a 25 foot deck over with ramps. I will say best idea for my needs. Nice to see a place that helps out. Very good to deal with. Straight forward and quick. Thanks

My name is Ray and I just picked up my 2013 royal cargo tandem 6x12. I absolutly love it, exceptionally clean and in great shape. James went out of his way to make sure the transaction was simple and all angles were covered from registration at the local registries to hookup and towing details. James was a pleasure to deal with and his facility is clean, and inviting and his great assortment of product is well displayed.
