First time there and I'll admit, first visit to a dentist in a while after some bad experiences at another local dentist. Staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist.Update- after a second visit, I can confirm my first thoughts. The staff and dentists there are amazing. Attentive and caring and listen to their patients needs and concerns. They make you feel comfortable even when the thought of having someone drilling into your teeth makes you nervous as ever and causes anxiety, they help you get through it. Highly recommend!Jon. A

New patient and could not have been happier with the service and overall experience. Jen, Sherry and Dr. McArthur were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. McArthur actually took the time to get to know me, review x-rays and images with me and fully explained any required work. A refreshing change from previous dentist that would just rush into exam room, poke around and then move onto the next paying client". Highly recommend Liftlock Family Dentistry

Good service but helped me out thank you but if cannot charge the insurance directly its a hard to go out of pocket for every service other dentists offer that if you want to keep customers need to revise your policy. Office people need to be compasionate when someone just had an extraction they cant talk properly patience is required

Clinic was easily accessible for my elderly mother who uses a walker. Offices are bright and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. McArthur was amazing with my mom, made her feel comfortable and listened to. Overall our experience was great! Thank you!

Family went here for years I switched to another dentist due to personal reasons but wanted my son to remain here told me they can’t accept me for outstanding “missed appointments” I have stepped foot in there or called this place in over 2 years so how do I have missed appointments when you guys don’t have my correct contact info

Dr. McArthur is an absolute pleasure to deal with as a dentist: honest, friendly and very knowledgable. The office staff are wonderful friendly people and the atmosphere is always positive and comfortable. We have been patients at this office for 18 years and counting.
