Mixed: social assistance Entries and Regulars. Too expensive for what it is. Endless renovations.

I am so glad with the service provide for the landlords (Renata and Marián) they are always whiling to help . People who work here are nice and the place is clean. I recommended.

I have lived at the Welsford twice and I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request they quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience. I couldn’t be happier!...from my experience, their highest strength is their customer service - The staff are always ready to help and very dedicated to their work. Very spacious rooms with lots of sunlight. I find the other occupants of the building to be very friendly as well. It is a very nice community.

Worst place to stay! The building is INFESTED with mice. The pest control company has come thrice but still no change. btw this after every alternate day of sanitizing the entire house house

I lived in this building from 2012 until 2014 1st floor studio apartment it was 720$$ including everything, how much is it now??.

Have left messages on the phone and sent in online request for rental opportunity. Needed something quick and they advertised lots of availability. Either their ads are incorrect or they simply do not respond to enquiries. So, don't expect anything from this company. Go somewhere else, where your business is valued!!

Very good place to live! I lived here for a whole year and it’s near to everything. The managers were so friendly especially Marzan and Josephine. Highly recommended!

If this is 1920 then this is a disappointing one for me..but still the apartment is great..I am giving 1 star as I was denied saying first come first serve
