I have been going here for years and would have given them five stars all that time. But this time I phoned to make an appointment with the respiratory therapist I was treated rudely by the staff member. Long story, but she ended the conversation with: Anyway, there’s fifty people in line ahead of you!I want to go back but dread running into this battle-ax.Two hours later: the owner called to review my complaint. He cleared up all the issues I had with the recalcitrant employee. There is a waiting list due to circumstances beyond their control. But I can still call. Store staff are trained to fit masks. The government will not fund a new machine unless the old one is actually broken, etc.There are many valid reasons for the circumstances surrounding this purchase. When they were conveyed properly I understood completely, and now I know how to proceed. This could not have had a better ending.

This is THE place to call if in need of medical supplies! I drove there all the way from Kitchener, desperately looking for specific wound dressings. What I was not able to find anywhere within KWC, I was able to buy on the spot at Guelph Ontario Home Health, -a hidden gem and superbly well-stocked store. Also, many thanks to Jenny for all the help, professionalism, and the great customer service experience provided, both over the phone and in person!

Jenny and the team were super heplful and extreamly nice. Being new to the area I was in need of information and Ontario Home Health was there to help! They are stocked full of essential items and will able to get what you need fast if they don't have it on the shelf. I have no problem recommending to anyone in need of medical supplies.

I stopped in to see if they had a swivel adapter for a mask I didn't even purchase there. The woman that helped was so kind, found one in 30 seconds and I was on my way. Thank you so much

I have been a client since 1997 and go there monthly for supplies...Everyone who works there are friendly, knowledgeable an fun. They will help you in anyway they can...Millie has always been my fav lady but they are all so wonderful an caring ..they explain everything you need to know an I always leave there feeling good and content .I met a new lady the other day named Jenny and she's very helpful when you have questions about CPAP machines or supplies...thanks to all the ladies you deserve a raise in pay!!! Oh another thing I love about the girls is when they see me coming in they are already grabbing what I need off the shelves...now that's great service...

The person answering the phone at this location really doesn't care about her job or the people she serves. Sorry to disturb you by calling.To the CEO:The call was placed on October 19th in the afternoon. I asked the person that answered if the store had any APAP machines in stock. The person said she wasn't sure. Then went silent. So I asked if she could check to which she immediately responded they didn't have any in stock. I asked how long a wait it would be to get one in. She said she didn't know. Then went silent again. So I thanked her for her time and told her to have a good day.That's all the info I have.

I am very pleased with the customer service at Ontario Home Health in Guelph.The staff are pleasant and helpful.If you require sleep apnea equipment (CPAC machine, masks etc)Jenny Emerson is their CPAC consultant.Jenny walked me through the features of the new Resmed 11 machine and assisted with the selection of a mask.I truly appreciated Jenny's help & expertise.

It has been wonderful for my husband working with Jenny on his recent purchase of a ResMed 10 CPAP machine. He has appreciated Jenny's caring disposition, informative approach and her dedicated time to ensure that his machine and mask were giving him the results that he needs to have a good sleep at night.Kudos to Jenny!

Have been dealing with the Guelph location of Ontario Home Health for years and always find the staff knowledgeable and friendly. My most recent experience with Jenny Emerson and my updated CPAP machine was no exception. Jenny kept me posted as to when I could expect delivery and when it arrived showed me all the key features of the machine and how to set it up. She even told me about the new app which I set up and is extremely beneficial. Thank you for the continued great support !
