The segway tour was great for my friends bachelorette weekend! Definitely recommend it

We had an awful experince with the newbie night package. We went there to learn how to skii and they don't have staff members helping newcomers to enjoy their first time learning to skii. They give the rental gear and you are expected to learn by looking at the guided posters they have on the newbie training area. On op of that , the magic carpet broke down which meant that we were not even able to go up to the training hill to self learn on our own. Very poorly organized.If you are someone learning to skii and don't have a friend to teach you STAY AWAY.

Had a great experience yesterday celebrating our first anniversary. Kate was super helpful and made us feel so welcomed/special! We are so happy to have come yesterday! We had a great time! Thanks again Kate!

Staff was not good . They just want to sell you all day pass. Not explain what things included. Totally waste of the day. Don’t ruin you day gave them a chance.

Seriously just to rent performance ski only charge me $77 I was so shock

People were excellent and customer service was 10/10 but the prices and wait time for kids 75min each activity was sooooo not worth it.

We went on a perfect day and had an awesome experience so gets a four star. Not a five, I’ll explain below.The service was great.Got the newbie package ($98 for adults) which includes lessons, helmets, ski/snowboard, boots. The conveyor belts and chairlifts are great!There are snow pants for rent as well - which is a really good thing.The equipment we rented out was in great shape, the boots the board the helmet.. not stinky or worn out at all. Quite impressive actually.The instructors were very polite and helpful and helped even if you didn’t get the package and had questions about techniques safety or whatever you want to ask.Do check for weather updates before going, we had a blizzard the day we arrived and everything was closed. Next day was great so really enjoyed.As for the 1 short star, the website really sucks. We wanted to go for the ridge runner roller coaster in the end of the day, even asked people about the timings and they said it would be open till 8PM. The website stated the same, however when we came back for it at 6PM and there was literally no sign of anything. Everything was closed, there was no personnel, no signs of change of timings nothing!That was really a put off.Otherwise, overall, it was a fun day.

Worst customer service ever. Specially the girl stand at open air to check tickets. Due to thunderstorm, they stopped open air and did not told to anyone than every thunderstorm, they will increase the clock to 30 min extra. I was standing whole day and than they finally closed for the day and everyone one was so disappointed. And this girl, instead of giving sympathy to people in line making smileys and sitting in small cabin since she dont have to work anymore. They should have told to people at first thunderstorm and close the entry of line up so no more waste there time. Stupid service

Best place to wait 3 hrs line ups for a 1 min downhill skiing experience.

On September 30th, we got our 5 tickets at 10:30am, we just rode the Gondola and went down to ride the mill pond and it started to rain heavily until the end of the day! And all attractions were stopped! So, I went back to the supervisor asking him to cooperate as the weather didn’t allow us to use the tickets but he REFUSED! It shows me how the management has no care toward costumers! Once they have the money no body cares! Alas!
