I don't go to KFC too often because it's greasy food and you know it's bad for your health, but I remember when KFC was a good portion meal tasty and reasonably priced. When they came up with toony Tuesday was good for people that have large families and get a treat on Tuesdays, however this is not the case anymore they have increased the price and reduced the portions, I don't know if people out there notice but I definitely do, on toony Tuesday the price was based on a quarter chicken meal well know it's a chicken thigh the leg and the bone on the upper chicken thigh that they turn into 3 pieces and they will only give you 2 pieces not a quarter chicken meal and this is a rip off why increasing the price and decreasing the product,

I don't understand how an employee does not understand 2 PC chicken and fries. So I finally said just 1 spicy chicken thigh, but no....she didn't understand that either. Finally after 5 to 6 attempts at ordering 1 spicy thigh she got it right. Then she sneezed into her hand and did not go wash them. She carried on serving me and the next customer behind me. Maybe host 171 should work behind the scenes as it is very obvious she is incapable of working at the front of the house!!!! Will not be returning to this place ever. Popeyes is far cleaner and they understand customers orders the first time around. Very disappointed in KFC

This restaurant was extremely dirty. Every table was dirty. A drink had even spilled across the floor and half dried. The garbage cans were overflowing. The service when ordering was okay but when getting our food it was thrown together. Weren't offered condiments. I didn't even try to go near the washrooms. Very disappointing overall.

Absolutely horrible service and horrible food & cheating or robbing whatever you want to call it. I bought 3 boxes of the Tuesday deal which is now 2.99$ and doesn’t even have 2 pieces of chicken as promised in the ad. (Please see the picture.) It is literally 1 thigh cut in half and sold as 2!!! And the taste is NOT KFC! It’s some oily horrible stale tasting chicken. I don’t know why it is like this in Canada. They are always under staffed and the staff are not well trained in service also. They have this frustrated look on their face all the time. It’s painful to buy anything from KFC anymore. Hey KFC are you going to do anything about this or just continue to provide us stale food and half portions and continue to rob your customers?! You should be shut down till you can fix yourself. Not worth one star even.

Horrible drive thru waits and food cold by the time you get it. The people who took over this location 3 yrs ago really made it into a low quality bad location. The staff in June of 2020 were amazing and food always fresh

KFC tends to be one of those places where people have very mixed experiences. Having been to this location upwards of 15 times, I can say that the food has been consistently pretty good in terms of freshness, but on the other hand, the dining room is often left a mess from previous customers. The drive thru also has a relatively long and slow-moving line at times. Taco Bell and KFC should focus on cleaning your dining rooms and washrooms to a higher standard

Small, misshapen chicken peices without much meat. Miss the KFC when I was a kid. This is gross.

Ordered a 14 piece bucket, all legs and thighs, not one breast. Taste and quality has dropped from a few years past. At this particular restaurant in the south end of Barrie, lots of young people just hanging out inside, talking to their friends who work there, not great vibe or customer service.

Went on a friday night around 9pm, and it was fairly steady turnaround with several cars in the drivethru. Took upwards of 15 minutes from time of order to receiving the food. There was an obvious lack in quality control, where one piece of chicken was half the size of another, and the drumstick was missing half the meat. Only reason we came here was because KFC also has the plant-based burger, which was okay. If you're looking for decent fried chicken from a 'fast food' joint, go to Mary Brown's instead.

Food was prepared fast, service is good. Just the place is so messy, peoples food and drinks are still in the table. Me as a customer took the liberty to took them out and clean my own table since the staff was busy talking to themselves.
