the woman's bathroom is very un clean, the back of toilet and toilet paper dispensers are extremely dusty and dirty showing signs of not being touched in a while the floors and sink areas are dirty I'm seriously wondering when the last time it was actually cleaned. hopefully there can be imidiate attention to this as this is unacceptable to have open to the public in the condition it is. Do better dutton on route.

Very filthy facility.....as always. Last time here was February and it was disgusting then as well. Staff at Tim Horton was good....but observed a guy with an enroute shirt on going into the staff area. He should be told to have a shower and pull up his pants if he is representing the place. Management should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed

Just left the Tim Hortons. Dont waste your time stopping here for food....Worst Tim's I have ever experienced. They lied and told me they had no Bacon when the gentleman after us ordered bacon and I watched them put it on his meal. When I asked the staff how come I was told there was no Bacon,I was told oh

On route now doing touch screen order for food.. takes people 5 min each person to order food. And no interaction with the staff. Why do I have to order my own food amd type it on the screen for no discount. Stop being cheap and pay your employees and hire enough staff

Bathrooms are disgusting! We stopped in for a pitstop and the place was dead. Bathrooms look like they haven't been properly cleaned in years dust bunnies on the tops of stalls and the walls. Apparently none of the stalls in the female side even lock the floors are darkened from the foot traffic and not being washed, half of the faucets don't work. Toilets leaking onto the floor. Just awful especially for a site that doesn't seem that old.

I ordered a Turkey Bacon Club. I overheard one of the cooks say to the other one that they had run out of bacon while they were making it. They handed me the sandwich and said here is your “turkey club”. I corrected them and said I had ordered a turkey bacon club not a turkey club. She swiftly took the sandwich back, filled it with all of the burnt fat soaked bacon bits that had crumbled off of the full size pieces of bacon into in the bottom tray and handed it back to me… thank you for ruining my lunch, had to throw it out… I guess I’ll eat elsewhere.

It is a standard OnRoute rest area. However, this one was a bit dirty. When I used the washroom. The double toilette paper holder was broken, with the lid on the floor beside the toilet. One large was laying on the floor in the next stall. Certainly wouldn't want to use that. It should have at least been cleaned up with an out of order sign.
