Trina answered all my questions and was very accommodating in scheduling a second appointment. Filip showed up on time and answered all our questions. He did what he said he said he would do in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I had prompt response to my query, sent a photo and got with correct diagnosis of the pest, ie pantry pest. Recieved appointment date, and instructions. Had opportunity to discuss prep of condo by phone. Kate was very personable and took time to explain everything ie, chemicals to be used, dangers and precautions. Came on time, and did an excellent job. Thankyou! Now will wait and see if it worked. A follow up is part of the deal . A pleasure to work with this company.

We had several wasp nests all over our home. They took care of them quickly efficiently. A couple of the nests were missed and they came back no charge and got rid of them. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience with Trina, she goes above and beyond. I had Ethan come by he was so amazing , very professional, very good at his job. He made the experience so pleasant. I had special request and he also went above and beyond to keep me in the loop. He is great! Would highly recommend anyone to hire this company. I do think program can be costly, but overall very well good experience. Appreciate Ethan for his well manners and professionalism. :)

Can you imagine the thought of bedbugs?! Me either, it’s been a process but I can honestly say it was that much easier with the technician we had. He was great, friendly and explained everything thoroughly, what a huge relief he was there to help us get rid of these. Thanks again!

We are very impressed with this service. Ethan, the Technician, inspected our home and yard, located and blocked access points and set traps, which he returned and inspected two weeks later. The cost was reasonable -- follow-up appointments are scheduled and prompt. Very happy to have turned to 1st Pest Control!

Highly recommend! We had an issue. Our technician, Dennis, was very competent! He was thorough during the initial inspection, diagnosed the extent of the issue accurately and was very efficient during follow up visits. Our pest control issue was quickly and effectively resolved. Great service all around at reasonable rates by kind and personable people.
