not overly impressed. I complained about a month and a half ago about getting packages stolen and was told by head office that we would be getting security cameras and that they had called that day that I lodged my complaint. yeah nothing, no surprise. Our building Manager is the only one actually making any effort by replacing our broken mailbox and keeping us updated about the new mailboxes. They are expecting us to pay more for rent because they are updating the building. How about actually caring about your residents' identity so they stop getting their mail stolen? also getting really tired of not having hot water. The building has a lot of potential if head office actually cared enough, instead of just covering everything up with a fresh coat of paint.

Been living in this apartment for over 1 year now. I have an 11 month old daughter as well and I have a flea problem. Don't know where they are coming from since I don't have a pet. I had a cat 2 months ago but had to re home him because my daughter is allergic and I always took him to the vet every 3 months to have flea treatment put on him for the reason we live in a building with people who have other pets. But skyline is telling me that I have to pay $164 2 times to have my place sprayed to kill them?? What is that?? That's not my responsibility! I know for a fact my cat never had fleas and the fact when my cat was here we never had a problem with fleas. Its only been since he was gone. So I don't understand why I would have to pay to have an apartment I rent sprayed. They don't seem to care that I have an infant who is being bitten and also my fiance. I'm ready to pack up and just leave. Also the fact they let anyone move into these units and I don't feel safe anymore. Cops are here almost every day. Junkies everywhere. People fighting all the time. We moved here because it was convenient for us and we were told this was a great neighbourhood and safe. That was an absolute lie! Now that I post this review I wonder if I will finally hear back from someone!! I'm done being nice so fed up!!

* My own experience at Skyline Living, 737 Ouellette Ave., Apt. 1505, Windsor? Can you handle what I have to say? The downtown location has gone down hill since I moved in on July 3, 2019. The apt. has no storage, esp. since your climate dictates at least two changes of wardrobe; there is no place to store winter clothes, boots. No storage downstairs. It is outrageous.* Maureen Cooper does a great job with what she is given; but seriously no free wi-fi for staff is bad enough, but not to give tenants that perk? Again, outrageous. I've been here long enough to know that depending on when a tenant moved in, some pay for hydro, some do not. I pay for my hydro and that is $45 a month approx.* When Maureen related story to me of how Skyline started with college kids, etc., I thought it was charming. Now company has grown, you are intending to go across Canada, or maybe you have. Was it the original intention of guys who got together way back when to start a company and then gouge their tenants? Greed prevails in every facet of Skyline's corporate world.* My new neighbor Nikki in Apt. 1504 is a nurse at Hotel Dieu ICU just down the street. Nikki is in her 30's, she has two kids and shares custody with ex. I still pay less than $1,000 a month since I moved in July 2019. You are charging a first responder $500 more for same apt. which is barely 400 sq. ft.? How could you do that to this young woman; she was in tears, strapped financially, etc., etc. She has to go back to highly stressful job at hospital tomorrow....thanks to Skyline's greed and apparently also Hotel-Dieu Hospital's greed and their disregard for their nurses / professional staff (and I guess all of Ontario's hospitals), this valuable employee Nikki has to pay through the nose for apt., no wi-fi, pays for hydro on top of $1500! Hospitals not smart enough to subsidize staff re housing costs? That's why I became a U.S. citizen in 1991, Americans know what customer service is and they also know money talks, b.s. walks.* I hate to push, but I am very upset. Please know I plan on doing exposé on this egregious behavior before I leave to go back to Tucson on June 3. It's so tempting to stiff Skyine and not pay last 2-months, but I would never do that! Some people are here who have not paid rent for months and you seem unable to evict them. Word gets around; I would not recommend Skyline to anyone.* As a matter of fact, Nikki could get on a plane tomorrow, go for an interview at any of several hospitals in Tucson and be offered a job the next day. Beautiul weather, beautiful benefits, beautiful life--what does Canada have to offer but red tape, no subsidizing for staff; no nothing. An ICU RN in Tucson with Nikki's experience could easily command 2300USD a week. With current exchange rate, Nikki would be making approx. 165,000CDN a year! Think about it. I wil be back in touch very soon.* I'm old, almost 80; I make a very nice income from several sources. Being back in Canada thest last 4-years have been hell for me. Go west, young people, why stay in Windsor. As you may or may not know, Tucson has a wonderful rep re everything; very good quality of hospitals, professionals; wonderful climate and beautiful scenery; international airport. Needed a place to rent for university and decided to rent from skyline. Biggest mistake ever!Lived with mold for 3 months that grew all over the wall and into the bedroom. Slow to deal with the situation and told me constantly it wasn't a big deal. Had to leave the windows open in the winter because the smell got so bad.Decided to talk to upper management to negotiate some sort of compensation and was told for a year that the paper work was processing. Just so happens that a year and 1 week after fixing the issue they said they won't do anything and to take it up with the tenant board, which just so happens to only cover issues up to a year.Management did nothing and upper management did absolutely nothing but lie through their teeth. They are not honest. Also don't bet on their feedback link to mean anything with all these review replies.

I rented an apartment from this company for over 18 months. There was rarely an occasion when there was a month of NO INSPECTIONS! So much interruption!!!! When I finally gave my notice, I get a letter stating that my request to move out has been approved LMAO! As though I needed their permission! I had originally paid first and last month's rent therefore December's rent would have been covered by my last months rent as I was moving out at the end of the month....on the 6th of December - they tried to take out a months rent. When I emailed I got absolutely NO RESPONSE!. Then, on move out, I tried several times to go in for move out inspection and had to try to hunt down someone when I went over...nobody to be found! I ended up having to leave my key fobs in the mailbox at the management office on the last day! No response as to when or how I will receive my key deposits???? I would say....RUN AWAY from this place!!!! Its the worse place ever!!!!

Don't rent from Skyline. Seriously find another place a box on the side of the road would be better taken care of and maintained than the units from these people.
