If there is a snow storm and the patient comes in on time for the appointment only to find the doctors office closed, does this mean that the doctors office will pay the patients $100 for not seeing them plus cover the cost of patient transportation to the appointment. The doctors office asks for $100 appointment cancellation fee from their patients. The patients should be entitled to the same amount when doctors are a no show.

Dr. MacGregor is attentive and reviews all options with parents regarding treatment plans taking into acccount their worries etc without judgement. Knowledgeable and up to date on studies etc. Exceptional interpersonal skills with parents and the young people he cares for. Very fortunate to FINALLY have found him!!

Dr. MacGregor is fantastic! Took his time to really make sure we were on the right path for treatment with a solid investigative process. My family and I love him. The only reason he didn't get 5 stars from me was because of his reception staff. All but one front desk staff member was rude and could care less about the patients.

Dr. MacGregor is one of the best Pediatricians in the country. Extremely knowledgable, personable, friendly and caring. Our appointment with him was informative and put our concerns at ease.
