Safeway Terra Losa

This is not a complaint but a notice because I don't think the manager understood me. As I was there today I noticed the pepperoni that I wanted was wrongly priced for the amount it was for. I notified the self check out lady and even showed her the picture. She went to price check on her own and came back with a different price tag...yet the one beside the product I was buying. Turkey pepperoni. I was not buying turkey I was buying regular. I then went to the manager, bald guy, I told him that their tags didn't match the product. And Code of Practice....BUT due to the fact the self check out lady had brought the wrong tag and the manager didn't look at my picture he stated.... someone must have put it on the wrong shelf. Although I got my pepperoni for free anyways I still don't think he realized that I was correct. It's Friday today and I will be back in that area on Sunday. Let's see if this gets through or I get another free packages of pepperoni.

Wow the staff there are very polite!This place has always been so clean and well stocked. I wish I lived closer this would be my go to store!

We just moved into this area of the city and have been shopping at Safeway. The store is very clean and well organized.I've recently had to use the online shopping they offer via Viola and I was highly impressed. This is possibly the first time that I've been truly happy with the produce that was picked. Nothing had to be tossed as I've had to do from other stores.I'll be a frequent shopper for sure.

This isn’t the first time the ladies behind the counter at the cafe/deli have entered the wrong info on my order and overcharged me. I ordered mashed potatoes (a tiny scoop that should have been less than $2). I was charged almost $7 because the label she printed for my food was value Meal 2 pc Pollock with Potato Wedges. And of course I’m not going to drive all the way back for $5. But at a time groceries are so expensive don’t you think the staff should double check they’re not overcharging customers?

Very bad bakery service ordered a cake a week in advance no where near done on pick up time boarder only half done not the color wanted just overall very bad experience never buying a birthday cake from Safeway Terra losa they also tried to charge extra for more boarder and charge an extra plus how is a half slab of cake 115? After we were told it would be 65

Clean, organized, the younger staff are friendly. The Starbucks team is amazing. I go back just for them.

I suggest not to buy the gourmet cupcakes. They're charging almost $4.30/ cupcake and the only thing fresh is the icing. The cake part has an old cake dryness with a slightly off taste. At least the 4 I purchased this weekend. Good luck.

I went to Safeway late at night to grab a few things. Upon getting through self checkout I realized I didn't have my debit. I was having a bad day and I mentioned I didn't have debit the lady rudely told me you guys don't split change at the self serve and the only 2 lanes that were open were jammed with people who had done bigger grocery shopping so I left hungry and in a mental breakdown. Will not be coming back. Prices aren't that great either. Quality of produce isn't great and selection is poor.

I've been going to this Safeway for many years now. The service has remained wonderful given the circumstances. I enjoy going there for the selection of snacks and produce. I was there with my kids and I was asking them to choose something for their lunches while we were in the bakery section. Immediately, one of the bakers/sales lady, told me about a cheese bread that her son really enjoyed. My kids loved it too. Another time, my husband, wanted a whole pumpkin pie and I think the same person helped us out get one from the back. I want to thank you all for the continued wonderful customer service that goes above and beyond during these tough times. You are all exceptional!!
