The customer service of this company is INCREDIBLE - I had a custom piece made with the help of Rachel and I was floored at how attentive and responsive she was. The design turned out beautiful and shipping was fast, be aware the signs are very light weight - which could be a good thing for many! I was just surprised by it.

Very cool people. The designer came up with a really good first draft, bore with me through two rounds of tweaks in...two or three days, I forget...and the finished product looks great. It got to Edmonton three weeks after I placed the order. Oh, and they charged me a little less than the original estimate. Don't see that very often. :)

I can't say enough good things about MSC. We just received our custom sign and we love it. Working with Rachel on the design was super-easy and she was able to accommodate everything we asked for. There were no delays and everything was completed (including 1 day shipping) as promised. The quality of the sign is great. We're very happy customers.

I have had my fire pit for 15 yrs now. It is still as solid as the day I bought it. Before this one I had the garbage you buy at the hardware stores. Don’t buy those. They fall apart in a short time. Go with Metal Signs Canada. It is amazing quality and value (plus they are so cool)

Ordered a product and paid extra for an add on of suction hooks. They didn’t come with my sign. Contacted company. Never heard back from them.

Love our new fire pit. We went with a custom made one with base and pedestal. Alex was excellent at communicating with us and designing exactly what we wanted. It was ready pretty fast and when I picked it up they took it to my car. Excellent service and their product is perfect! Everyone asks us where we got it :)
