I've known Kelly for 40 years...I trust him 100% to look after my vehicle like it's his own. Just one look around and you see a clean modern shop with properly uniformed enthusiastic techs. East Ferris is lucky to have this shop...I drive all the way from North Bay. Enough said.

Great place to get your Toyota or any other vehicle serviced in the North Bay area. They gave me a fair re-assessment of what my ACTUAL issues were and did excellent work on my VEH. Took me from a $4000 quote by a local dealer to around $600 by eliminating unneeded work. Very Trustworthy

I had to stop in there this morning as a had a leak in my tire and was on my way out of town. The owner was super welcoming. His staff were friendly and more than accommodating. The tire was off, plugged, and back on within 30 mins. I would highly recommend East Ferris Auto Centre. I will definitely be back. Thanks again!

East Ferris is a great place to take your vehicles if you want the job done right. The owner takes the time to thoroughly go through the issues and address them appropriately. He never suggests things to do that don't need to be done and he always checks in with vehicle owner if he feels anything extra needs work, keeping them in the loop and always straightforward.The staff is kind, on point and the shop is one of the cleanest I have seen. The work always gets done fairly fast (same day usually).It is a bit pricey but worth the piece of mind.

Reliable and honest. I've been to many shops in the area (as my car is apparently special) and would always have to go back in a few days/weeks for the same issue. These guys have been great. Haven't had to return for the same issue twice and they're decently priced. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a mechanic in the area.
