Worked for Greg and Chris with Norma and these folks are a wonderful crew. I have had alterations done personally by them and it was phenomenal work. Would advise anyone yo go here for cleaning and seamstress needs!

One of the poorest customer service in town.As I brought my clothes for dry cleaning and was giving a price of $68. I did accepted and was issued a receipt. But when I came to pick up the receptionist( Emilie) as per the name she gave me said that the price has changed to $88. When I asked her who why was the changed she said she doesn’t know but that I need to pay that amount if not she won’t gave me my clothes.I requested to speak to the manager if possible. She called the manager and spoke to him and passed him to me over the phone. After hearing both of us,he apologized to me and told the receptionist that I should pay the $68 which she issued to me on the first day when I dropped the clothes. I paid the $68 and left the store.At my surprised ,I received a call today by a certain ( CRAIG ) as he introduced himself to me and told me that he is the owner of the store. As per his phone called that he was told by his staff that I was there yesterday and that I yelled on the staff. As soon as I told him that he should asked his manager that I spoke to him already yesterday and he did apologized to me. He hangout the call.Unfortunately, as I went to the store at new Sudbury on ( Barrydowne) to pick up my other clothes not knowing he owns there also. I was told by the receptionist( Louise) that the owner CRAIG called in and told them that they should stopped my works that I left there since last week and was supposed to pick up today. I was just shocked to hear that as he ( CRAIG) didn’t ask me what happened when he called me. I did pick my unfinished clothes that seamstress MARIA and was willing to finish them today but unfortunately.This afternoon,I received a message saying that I shouldn’t enter his two stores anymore due to what her receptionist( Emilie) did to me yesterday. It’s very sad to see an owner of a company acting this way without listening and caring for his customers. Being the owner of a company is actually different from knowing how to manage a company as per my experience at these two stores.I am thankful to the manager ( I have forgotten your name) who had time to listen to both the receptionist and me, and found that it was unfair and did apologized to me. And accepted his apologies.I think that customers concerns should be taken into account instead of just defending a staff member ( like Emilie) who hasn’t done her job well by not telling to the customer WHO and WHY the price was Increase.This is an unprofessional customer service and ownership !!!

They just did an alteration (repair to a zipper) on a kids sport jacket that others said couldn’t be done because of a snap at the bottom of the zipper that couldn’t be replaced. They put a nice big hearty zipper on the jacket and somehow kept the snap in tact. Fast turnaround time, excellent service! Highly recommend

Great quality repairs and cleaning. I had a tear in my coat repaired and had it cleaned. The coat looks brand new.

Do not care for this place. The employees have zero communication skills and they didn’t do the alterations I had asked them to do. Also made my pants too short. Will never go here again.

Lack of well organized business (in other words not very tidy).Lacking customer service skills. The customer service was cold and rude from the moment I walked in on my drop off visit. When I went back to pick up, the store was locked and closed with a “be back in 5 minutes”. Usually go here yearly, not anymore. And no, an apology under the review section to save the customer won’t work. Implement better policies for customer service standards.
