Mackenzie is an amazing trainer! She heard what we had to say and adapted her training program to what we wanted to get out of it. She constantly checked in with us to see if our wants/needs in terms of training changed. When training she broke down each step of the skills to achieve the desired action. She demonstarted it to make it easier for myself as a visual learner. She explained why our dog had certain behaviours and how we could work towards fixing them. Mackenie is also very accomodating and flexible with timing which was extremely helpful. 1000% reccomend her services.

I signed up with Mackenzie to do some behavioral training for my rescue dog. There were noticable improvements in his behaviour after just 2 or 3 sessions. Mackenzie was very attentive to his body language and offered helpful insight. She was very good at adapting her approach and certain techniques to be most effective for my dog. I found her approach quite effective. It not only helped me deal with the behaviour at hand, but also gave me the tools I need to continue with his training in the future. She was very easy to communicate with, and made training fun for my dog as well. I would highly recommend her training services, whether basic obedience or more challenging issues.
