I have been taking my car to BMG Automotive for 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Brendan and his staff demonstrate a commitment to customer service and are always friendly and helpful. Brendan recently squeezed me in for a necessary repair, so I could still go on my holiday. I drive an older vehicle and Brendan always lets me know what are “must dos” to ensure safety and then offers suggestions of what I may want to consider, so my car is in optimal working order. There is never any pressure to commit to any type of service. When I leave the shop, I always feel like I am driving a safe, reliable vehicle. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, this is the shop for you.

We're from Seattle and drove up to Vancouver on July 4th for Independence Day. We started to hear our Highlander having some metallic rattling in the back of the car at 2:30 pm. Not being from the city, we scrambled and called auto shops near our area, in hopes of getting our car looked at at the end of the day. We were in a rush because we needed to drive back to Seattle that evening.Brendan picked up the phone and heard us out. Despite not having any room and only 1 hour left in the work day, he reassured us that we can bring our vehicle in to at least get the wheels looked at (which is the biggest concern) and for a mechanic to take a quick peek under the car. At least this will help us decide whether it's safe to make a trip back to the USA.Turns out the problem was the heat shield got loose, and we were reassured it's safe to drive back. This took 3-5 minutes and they did not charge us anything for this quick help.We're super grateful for this reassurance and believe this is a testament to their commitment to helping people.

Brendan and his team did a great job on my BMW X3. We needed our car on short notice and he was more than willing to help out. The shop is spotless and very well organized which is always a good indication of how they take pride in their work. Brendan took time to show me the worn parts and explained the reason for the problem. Can highly recommend.

Brendan is a truly a gentlemen who has a great support staff. I am giving my Sienna 2018 here at BMG for last 1 year. He thoroughly diagnose and recommends only what is needed in next 5-6 k KM (Definitely not money minded). This is my 2nd time, this time I broke my passenger side mirror, its quite hard to get parts especially during this hard time. It was too expensive when i checked with Toyota service stations. He managed to get one in a day (decent price) but it was shaky while I was driving on rough roads. When I explained him my concerns, he ordered the 2nd one right away and fixed it next day with no hassle. My brake pads had to be changed , there was a shake while applying brake down the slope. its heavy duty now and works great, I have full confidence now to drive down the slope. Thanks BMG!!! I will definitely recommend BMG to my friends!!!

We love taking our car to Brendan and his crew for issues and general maintenance. He provides a dependable, trustworthy service. I appreciate his open communication and expert advice. Whether we're driving a european or other import brand (e.g., Honda, Mazda), we'd take it to BMG.

I have just tried BMG for the third time. It was through reviews that I found BMG so felt that I should add my “two bits” too. I don’t have a fancy car but it is a car that I rely on and is important to me. Sounds like Brendan takes good care of those of us who are just “ordinary car folk” too. I am someone who hands their car keys over to the expert and put a lot of trust in them. I have tried a few mechanics since leaving my favourite mechanic in Ontario; it has been an extremely challenging experience. I am very relieved to have finally found someone near to me whom I feel is trustworthy, honest, and upfront. An issue that was a problem for a few years was finally fixed with BMG’s expertise and full investigation. Another time I appreciated when there was something BMG couldn’t do Brendan was honest about it and directed me to the right shop. BMG mechanics are always clean, tidy, respectful and courteous. I really think this shop will be a great fit for me and my “senior baby” (car).
