The space and equipment themselves could do with a little upgrading but the staff is super friendly and Jean-Sebastien is a fantastic head trainer with whom I have started my strength training journey and not only making steady great progress but also someone who someone with whom I have been able to share my silly sense of humour and bodybuilding geekiness" during our sessions thanks to his in-depth knowledge of strength training and lifting. Totally recommended!"

Very spacious gym with relatively new equipment. My favourite feature of this location is its hot yoga room (closed for covid). Most other patrons are very considerate, not hogging equipment and cleaning up after themselves.

I was on holiday in Montréal and went with a friend for a workout to this gym. I really enjoyed it. The equipment is new and the layout of the gym is very good. The whole experience was very pleasant, and I would rate it on a par with gyms in Eorope as I am from Bucharest and belong to a world-class gym there. Well done guys your standard is excellent.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, lots of choices for machines, clean and welcoming. I love that they have the Les Mills group classes. My only suggestions for improvements: longer hours on weekends, and early morning weekend group classes!

Been going there for 3 years now. I like the space and the machines. Clean space and nice vibe. Wish we had access to more complimentary services they have at the low-cost version (Econofitness) such as tanning, massage beds, etc.
