I dealt with Eldar from sales VW Outaouais and he was fantastic. A pleasure to deal with! He was always prompt to respond to me and he is always in a happy mood which makes things that much better! Thanks Eldar !Loving my new Arteon that he got me into !

Excellent customer service, although they were understaffed they made sure to address my presence from the moment I arrived, the director himself came to help as the vendors were busy with other customers so I don’t have to wait longer.This is the type of car agency you want to deal with.

After owning several Audi/VW products, I’m continually disappointed with warranty service. Ongoing paint and safety issues on both Audi and VW (Ducati as well) products that are ignored despite clearly falling within the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Long story short - stay away if you actually want your vehicle serviced and to pay for ACTUAL work done.I’ve gone to this dealership for service appointments for about 2 years including getting winter tires installed and maintenance. At one maintenance appointment they let me know I needed new brakes. Recognizing the importance of this, I agreed that the parts should be ordered and to make a new appointment to have them installed, I was quoted $500 to replace the front brakes including service. Nobody ever called me to let me know that the parts were in or to reschedule an appointment. So, I raised that I needed the brakes done at my next tire change and given that I didn’t drive much during the pandemic, I didn’t experience major issues. They agreed to order the parts and make a new appointment. I didn’t hear back from them for at least a month so I called to follow up and they let me know that “oh yeah we have the parts.” Great…one would think that they would call me to let me know that but no. So I made my appointment and also let them know that my AC was not functioning properly and that Id need that addressed as well. They say okay. So I take my car in for the brakes and it costs me nearly $1K to have the front brakes done, DOUBLE what I was quoted previously. They also let me know if need a separate appointment for my AC…great when will that be because it’s 40 degrees outside…I have to wait 2 weeks for that appointment. At this appointment they charged me for a diagnostic and said that they “replaced a small ring” that they charged me for but that they’d need to check with the warranty to make sure that the ACTUAL repair was covered, so I’d have to make another appointment. Get this…it’s been 4 months, my AC still doesn’t work and nobody has called me. I’ve called and been told that “they’d call me back” but guess what, nobody ever does!!! This place is a total joke of a business, they will rip you off, and they won’t actually repair your vehicle unless you repeatedly follow up, even if that means you could have malfunctioning brakes that make your vehicle unsafe to drive!!!

We brought our car in for tire change. They completely ruined and melted two of the rims when trying to get the lug nuts using a fire torch. We never heard any apologies nor did they offered to fix the damaged.I don’t recommend anyone going there if you don’t want them to screwup your car.

Bought my car at that dealership and I regret. Service is terrible, they will never call you back. I called the corrosion agent 15 times left messages and that guy never calls back. What a joke, find another place to buy your car or service. I will call Volks Canada and report this.

Welcome to the Muppet show! AVOID at all costs. Do yourself a favor and go across the river. I serviced two VW's at this dealership and purchased one over the last 8 years. The lackluster service is a direct reflection of the management's slack approach to service. Don't bother leaving messages, they will not be returned. I even left a message for the Service Manager to call me back, due to multiple messages seeking an appointment not being returned weeks later. Another two weeks and still no response from the Manager. Yet they wont stop calling me to buy back my car! So there you have it, the staff follow the example management sets, and their priorities are clear. They serve themselves not their customers. They do damage to the Volkswagen brand. Shame.

Bought a car here early 2023. Not 5 days after having the car I took t to my own mechanic who looked it over. Came across two problems a transmission line was clearly leaking and the rear strut had failed. It took me 2 days and more than 10 phone calls to reach anyone from sales. When I did I was told to bring the car in. So I did. The team in the service center looked over the car and the sales department did agree to pay to look at the car. They confirmed both problems. This is now 6 days after the sale and there is a 30 day warranty on the car. So they said they would pass the info onto the sales team to sign off on the service. It has now been three weeks several phone calls to the sales and the service department and now I am no closer to having a date a confirmation that they will honor their own warranty or any communication from the group with the exception of my own phone calls where I have been promised to be contacted and updated but have received no communication. I cannot say how dissapointed I am by the experience I have had here. They were happy to help before they got my money and after they were responsible and had opportunity to make it right I have had zero follow through. Do not trust you'll get what you're promised here, you just won't.

Worst dealership ever (sale service not bad), the services department to get your car maitain, check, is a joke total incompetent and will waiste your time. (Forget to tell van to pick you up, made me come 4 times - once didnt have time even if i had an appointment, lost the part seconde time, order a another part 3 times, and came to get my part back, which i almost did get it back even if i called in advance. The technicians might be good but the service in a front have a huge lack of management and will waist your time lost too much hours off of work for them, going now to VW on bank Street better service and professional)

Service department is joke (I should have read the reviews on google about the serivces -- mostly bad look for yourself). If you need your car to be check, or just for maitenance stay away from this dealership. I had to go 4 times to get sometime fix (which at the end was not because I changed dealership). First time didnt had time to do it even if I had an appointment, they forget to tell the pick up service (van) to go pick you up. The once lost the parts so could fixed my car. Another time it didnt work so orther new part and ask me to come back. Service tells me we dont have a service car to offers you in the mean time... i talk to the DG and magically they have one. I ask to have to have the part reimburssed that i would like somewhere else they didnt want it... ask to get it back and told them i will come DG said he will keep personaly in his office he will see, i show up he called sick people dont know where is the part, i had to insist to get it back. every time i go there i take time off my work it is was the worst experience plus i have a service guy (Emmanuel) text me at 9:30 pm and being rude, really really bad. stay way from them.
