Definitely the worst McDonalds I have ever been too… starts off with the place being dirty and gross, bathrooms were nasty. And then onto the staff, quite possibly the worst customer service in history, just unpleasant people with attitudes. My friend wanted cookies, We were there at 6pm and they were out of cookies and said they couldn’t make anymore because they weren’t a 24 hour place and their ovens weren’t on.They barley had any soft drink options, they said they were broken but I think they were just lazy and didn’t want to refill the machines. And the food was awful, my McDouble was made horribly and all of our fries were over cooked and stale.

Worst mcdonald experience ever, kids even didn’t like taste. Meals look darker than usual over crispy not tender. Seems using old oil to save their cost. Very disappointing location in brand name of one of McDonald location.

Let's start with the positives here because I think it's tacky to just say it was 100% bad experience when it started off. Great. The person in the drive-thru taking my order was quite polite and efficient. The kind lady who took my payment was just as nice. I got a smile and a have a great day. I know sometimes people take that for granted, but I'm quite appreciative of that.Picking up my order, I was given my drink just fine and the bag a food quickly. Just before I was leaving I realized I forgot to ask for hot mustard. I've never been asked to pay for it in the past but I understand that policy can change. I have a feeling it is more discretionary but again that is internal policy to them. I declined and proceeded to leave and wasn't thinking anything about it.As soon as I open the bag I was quite thirsty and I realized that they did not include a straw. Yes, just a straw. Now my brain is putting thought into this experience which normally should not have any feelings associated to it. They wanted to charge me for the mustard but could not give me the things I needed which are expected to be included. I also realized that I would end up with dry fries as there was no ketchup in here either. Nor was I offered catch up salt or pepper either. Consistency. He was out the door here. Unfortunately I couldn't turn back and I don't normally like having to complain about these things. Even if I have to go back in. I keep my voice low on purpose because I don't want the attention.I would have let it go but after the mustard experience I decided to just give them a call to let them know. Though the voice was kind, the manager Jennifer did not offer to rectify anything until I said it was a poor experience and I was going to leave a poor review for the restaurant.She explained the mustard was a policy but I was just making the mirror point that they were remembering to enforce policy but cannot be consistent in things they do about 10,000 times a day.I did get the customary quick apology and offer to have a free dessert or something but this is after. I already let her know that I did not have time to come back.For those reading the review related to the establishment, I do happen to have the call recorded, so if Jennifer claims that I was being disrespectful or any of these facts were not true, please feel free to reach out to me and I will play the conversation.I don't think I'll be coming back here again and after seeing the 3.4 star review, I realized it was not a good decision to come here.The food is consistent as McDonald's always is, but based on the service I would not recommend. It's unfortunate for those who we're putting in the effort today and their teammates who have let them down.

This is mainly a drive thru McDonalds. The parking lot is in rough shape and the dining room is dated and small. Staff move slowly. Food was hot and fresh.

Food is what it is. Tasty. Hits the spot. That slice of highly processed cheese" makes the sandwich.Its the breakfast if travellers

Place is a dump. Thought my nuggets were gonna give me disease. Gave me spicy habanero sauce instead of sweet and sour. And gave us the wrong drink. TWICE. Food was clearly old and had been put into the fryer to “reheat”. Get a grip McDonald’s or hire some new staff. Bullsh*t.

Worst experience ever. This McD is run by the most appalling staff. First of all, they won’t even acknowledge that you are there trying to order food. Then when they do notice, they are rude & careless & then you have to approach them multiple times to get them to answer anything. And the place isn’t clean at all, with trash overflowing in the bins. If their care for customers is so bad, imagine how bad the food prep is gonna be. Would not recommend this place.

Had a 1/4lb with cheese combo. Food as expected, fast and fresh. Best part was I used my app and it cost me nothing! I'm loving it!

Beware of Jennifer at this McD’s extremely RUDE! I asked for the owners phone number to discuss the incident that happened at this McD’s this afternoon - only to be told “ I’m not giving you anything until the cops get here”I’m a disabled senior citizen - my order everyday is 8 coffees - this is what caused JENNIFER TO TREAT ME like a second class citizen! This is what she felt calling the police over! Knowing our police are very busy with real emergencies!As she spoke to police dispatch she had said “ I suffer from mental issues” WHAT?! I had been in health care for over 40 yrs. Who is JENNIFER to diagnose a medical condition?!?! All staff heard this transpire! When I asked her name - she would not give it to me - she than flipped the lapel of her shirt so I could get her name! I also asked if she is a manager - her reply was “ NO - I’m new” REALLY?!?!I would still like to discuss this horrible treatment with the owner?!?!
