Dean Katsiris, owner of Anikio Rental Services uses this platform to mislead customers for the financial benefit of himself and his father Mike (Manuel) Katsiris. Anikio Rental Services is unethical and misleads customers through dishonesty. Dean will openly lie about his intentions, increase your rent 30%+ with almost no notice and steal your security deposit for made up reasons. After all of this, if you even ask a question, be careful as you might be assaulted like I was. Please feel free to contact me for documented evidence of my experience and a video of me being assaulted for asking a question. My advice is to avoid this business at all costs.

Anikio is very professional, easy to work with, and does a beautiful job with the photos. I have had great success with using Anikio and the best part is not having to repost your ad for it always stays on top. I would highly recommend Anikio, you won't be disappointed!

Working with Dean and Gabe on creating a great an ad for my Condo was amazing. They responded to anything promptly and the virtual tour was loved by all the potential tenants.
