We cannot express how helpful Adam and his team have been for us. We were first time home buyers and they made that process a lot less stressful and thought us a lot about the process. Adam was very patient in explaining everything and making sure we understood as much as possible the different options available when getting a mortgage.From day one he demonstrated a remarkable work ethic and did his due diligence to get us the best product out there for our situation which is not what we can say about other companies that we had previously contacted that just wanted to sell their specific product that we now understand would not have been right for us. I had an excellent experience the first time and was approved for a new purchase. I was so happy with the service that I recommended them to friends and clients. However the second time I submitted an application for a refinance, they started the process then they ghosted me. No response to numerous follow ups. I believe I did not qualify, but a simple email telling me would have been nice. I was shocked that a returning customer would be ghosted like this. The first experience was an easy 5 stars, but the second was an easy 1. Since then, my income has increase and I have obtained two mortgages from other lenders. These would have gone to Referral had they simply told me the answer was no at the time. Hopefully they can learn from this mistake.
