AgeCare Miller Crossing Long-Term Care Home

My grandma stayed here for the last little bit of her life. The nurses were absolutely wonderful with her. They were so compassionate and caring of my sweet grandmother up until she passed. Irene (the health care aide) and Ryan (the RN) were SO wonderful throughout the hard journey we all went through, Ryan took the time to answer all of our questions even though he was busy with 2 floors to cover. He was throughout with his job and paid attention to what it was we wanted for her. Irene and her staff partners were so wonderful with my grandma when it came to routine procedures and kept her so comfortable and clean. They sang to her and made her smile. They said she had a beautiful soul and made her so happy even when she was in pain. Thank you, Miller Crossing staff for being so good to my grandma and my family through such a difficult time.**Update; I also wanted to add that when my grandpa stayed overnight, the nurses brought him a pull out couch-bed, they brought him fresh blankets every night, and even the kitchen staff brought him breakfast, coffee and muffins or cookies!! How wonderful!!

My mother spent 4 and 1/2 months in this place. Food was served cold more often than not. Workers had to be constantly asked to change her. The rooms were dirty and had bad smells most of the time. We were told when my mother arrived she would receive therapy for her bad arm and leg. No such therapy was ever given. Outside parking is very limited. In my opinion this place should be shutdown.

My father was in this home he was starved almost to death he was severely dehydrated when he was brought to hospital we were listening to the advice of the doctor there and we thought his reason for losing weight was cause of his dementia. We found out after he was brought in that he was being neglected now my dad's on a feeding tube and there's know guarantee it will help I would think twice before sending your loved ones here

My grandfather was abused at Miller crossing. We found him with bruises, cuts, burns. They refused to wash him more than once a week. They lost his dentures and glasses. They put his food out of his reach to starve him. I walked in on an aid swearing at him. They opened his room window in minus 21. They never turned him or treated his bed soars.The list goes on and on.It is elder abuse.

Well run facility for loved ones that can no longer live at home, caring staff, great meal variety & quality, numerous activities from crafts, games, music, holiday events, out events, caring doctors on staff, secure facility.

My father is there right now. From the time we brought him in tell now has been nothing but great. The nurses take well care of him make sure he is clean and shaven. He eats well and his room is well maintained. My father has said nothing bad about anyone there and we did not choose miller crossing but it chose us. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of my father when I can't. You are truly a blessing and you all work so hard in this hard time with covid-19. Keep up the amazing work. You deserve an aword for all the hard work you have all put in.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Recently I got the chance to work in the facility and I realized that there is very poor management and administration.l will not recommend any one to work in the facility.

My brother tested positive for COVID in your facility. What kind of care and treatment can he expect?
