It was a surprisingly easy and pleasant experience. Dan was very knowledgeable and insightful when it came to choosing the plantation shutters and blinds that perfectly matched our needs. He gave us great suggestions about what would be dog-friendly and most durable. He was very patient as to explaining the pros and cons of the different options available. Also, he actually laughed at my jokes, so he gets extra credit!The shutters and blinds arrived when promised and looked better than I had hoped they would.The installation team was professional, courteous, and they actually cleaned up better than I could have done it! All in all, a 5 star experience. I highly recommend them. By the way, the price was incredibly reasonable too.

I recently moved into a condo that did not have any blinds on the two bedroom windows. I was in the market for blinds. I am on a tight budget and originally went to Home Depot to get them. It was hard to find a worker, and when they finally came they said I needed exact measurements. I passed. Then I came across a flier for Verti store. I called, they came out, were very nice, and the price was about $100 less than I expected to pay. They installed, and the blinds look beautiful. I'm very happy, and I would recommend Verti store to anyone.

Just want to leave a wonderful review for Jessica! She is very professional and efficient. She gave me fantastic advice on what kind of blind to get, came to my house and measured everything super quick. Installation was a breeze with you guys. Thanks!

Disappointed with their service. They made a mistake with the measurements. The installer told me it would be a few days to correct the mistake. It has been two weeks and we are still waiting. Today I was informed that it could take up to 3 weeks. They never mentioned that the first time I called.

See EDIT below:Very Poor customer service at Laval.Received 2 blinds. One of the blinds was over 72 wide when it was supposed to be 28" wide and was the wrong material.The other blind when closed properly touched the bottom of the window sill by at least an inch. (Yes I measured properly) Also the blind was noisy when moving it slowly while closing and the chain was only 3 feet long. So we were upset.We bring back one of the blinds and mentioned what was wrong with the other. I expressed my unhappiness very nicely.She responded that it's not her and the she is only an intermediary!!! It wasn't her fault etc... I asked for a refund which was promptly denied and then a discount also denied. She kept blaming Altex and kept repeating that Verti-Store was only the intermediary. I had to interrupt tell her that I paid Verti-Store and expect Verti-Store to resolve my issues. This was to the Director of the store (I won't name her).So after spending $1580 for two blinds that work poorly and with wrong dimensions

I received a very positive experience, and that as a first-time shopper at verti-store.We had an in-house designer come to help find the right style and color of alternating and solar shades. We already had an idea what we wanted, and the designer confirmed that this would work. She proceeded to take measurements, and I was told it would take 2-3 weeks until fabrication is ready for pickup.In the 3rd week, they called me to pick up everything.I must say the packing of each individual shade was very good. Fully bubbled wrapped and double wrapped again. The mounting bracket seem like very solid steel, hard to bend if you tried with your fingers. Easy installation and removal (when necessary).While installing them, I noticed I was short one shade... after calling them, they told me it was at the store, and they themselves drove to my place to bring me the last missing shade.All shades are now installed, all properly measured width and length, and the color was exactly what we chose.Thank you Verti-Store and to the designer who helped us in this journey.

My mother and I went to Verti Store and were ecstatic with the service we received. Mariam and Vicki spent over an hour providing estimates and giving decor recommendations based on our pictures. We went in to store to have a second opinion based on prices and ended up purchasing the products. Not only were the prices already much better than their competitors, Vicki gave us an extra discount in addition to an expedited order.We will be recommending the store to our peers. The service and price were definitely worth it!

WORST EVER SERVICE !! We ordered our blinds, the sales person took measurements . Later we were told the product we chose could not fit with our measurements and offered another product, he came back with his associate to take other EXACT measures. Finally when the blinds arrived, the installer was unable to install them after removing the old ones. He had to re-install the old ones( one of them could not be closed) and we were informed that another EXPERT in installation will be coming to solve the problem. MR' EXPERT keeps cancelling his appointments. Till date the blinds are just lying on the floor, our old one could not be closed and of course they cashed the price of the blinds. We are promised an appointment for Monday, October 4, 2021, if he does not show up, we will be taking legal action against them. BEWARE OF VERTI-STORE !!!!!!

I'm very satisfied with my new shades, they're just what I wanted. I like the way the installer worked around awkward windows to make them fit and look perfect. Thank you for the excellent service. I won't hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family.
