Love this store. Lots of good brands and interesting items that are uncommon to find in Québec. Their choice of hard and soft tactical gear is quite good, I wish they would hold stock on some more premium USA tactical brands products and more firearms accessories.As for airsoft, I would love to see more quality Gas blowback GBBR options (GHK, VFC, Tokyo Marui)Overall, really cool store and it's hard to visit and not purchase anything.

Ordered a pair of goggles shipped to the UK - although I emailed a few times (emails bounced back) as was curious as to whether I would get a dispatch update and never heard back, 10 days later I received the package, along with a gift. Would definitely use again and recommend. Thank you.

Backpack received was different from what was advertised on the site. Zero communication from the store for assistance. Disputed with my credit card and still no contact or resolution.Edit as I'm unable to respond the the owner's response.I emailed the email address suggested before the order shipped as the invoice didn't match the listing (listing showed measurements for a short torso and the invoice was for a regular length torso). No response. I tried chat, which timed out and the autoresponder told me to try the email. By that time the order had shipped. I emailed again when I got the order (that, again, didn't match what was in the listing) and there was no response from the store.This is the very first response I've received from the store about this issue. I shouldn't have to reach out to my credit card company or make a public review to get assistance.Return shipping for the wrong item will be about the same as the price I paid to get something other than what I ordered.
