Bought two apple phone cases here, tried them on my phone and wanted to return them as i went in to return the man was very very rude and told us take the cases i aren’t getting a return although i spoke nicely, the man then continued to tell me to “shut up” and you’ll be getting nothing, will not be back!!

I went to them to change my battery and they said they use original parts only lasts me half an hour then I need to put my phone to charge again and they broke my front camera and when I went back to them to fix it they said he didn’t do anything but he did because my camera worked perfect before I went there and he stooled my Face ID from the camera don’t go to them destroying your phones and stealing parts

Drove 20 miles to buy a brand new iPhone 14 pro. Got there to find they would not take credit or debit cards, they only wanted cash, which seems very odd? Anyway we were going to go for it and then we’re told that these brand new phones have no box, no cables, nothing.The whole deal seemed odd to me so I bailed out.

Fantastic place to get your mobile serviced and pick up a good case and screen protector used to be a stall in the mall and now the shops keeper has upgraded to a store in the mall which in this climate is impressive with brutal rates for everyone and them only goin up hopefully the shop doesn't have to close lile so many others in the town centre

Do not recommend!! Went to get my phone fixed and they have completely knackered my phone including my Face ID that is now unfixable they have refused to give my money back and even told me to wait a week for them to fix it to then get told they don’t have the parts!!! And trying to get me to wait another week with my phone completely knackered after already spending so much for them to do it correctly.

Phone case purchased £14.99 18/4/23 took it back 5/6/23 as it is coming away from the back. The not so cheery guy behind the counter said well it is nearly 2 months old" would not replace at all. Waste of money. Poor customer relations. Stay clear."
