Dr. Hannah is amazing. Have been going to him for years. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Glad he is my optometrist!

Not a trustworthy provider of eye-care.Staff member was either poorly trained or incentivized to sell for their own benefit. I came in earlier this week to see if I could get my frame replaced under warranty. The associate who I sat down with told me that the repairs wouldn’t be covered under warranty and urged me to purchase a new frame + lenses. Trusting her insight I almost did, but I felt like I should do more research before dishing out so much cash. When I came back someone who was either well trained or not incentivized to sell informed me that my glasses were covered under warranty. Now I’m picking them up and immediately finding a new provider.

The only star is due to the fact that my DR was Great.First, i received 2 messages and call that my appointment was on XXth march @ 3 pm, but when i reached at the office i had to wait exactly 1 hour 1 min to see the doctor. if you are so punctual why didn't you informed me that doctor was running late and i can arrive after 2 hours.In addition staff was so rude ... and wasn't concerned at all. Furthermore, male staff member approached and asked if i touched few frames. He was confronted by another staff that those frames were handled by her. During my visit they had 6 six staff members who were sitting and laughing ..... This guy was only interested to serve beautiful ladies.....Moreover, I felt the high rudeness due to diversity, i felt that being a person of color they did not like me. I would not recommend this place until and unless its urgent. You will be wasting your money.In the end i asked the staff member to print me my previous year eye examination result. The body expressions and tone she displayed seems that i have asked her to run 30km marathon.Highly disappointed @ fyi doctors this time ...... if they are charging us $100 per visit, one should look for better options

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! The doctors are great and a huge selection of glasses/sunglasses! They definitely put their staff first! I love going here

I had a not great morning taking my son to his eye appt in the Indianhead Office by the lady that helps you with your glasses. She came to the door n said you are 20 mins late for your sons appointment, I told her that i got a call from the Regina Office last thursday October 15th telling me to bring him here to Indianhead and that his appt time was 11:40 am and dont arrive until 5 mins prior to your appointment because of covid.Was treated very unproffessionally, so I will be taking my business elsewhere, where they treat you well .

Eye Doctor visit in the month of Feb 2022my daughter and i both got eye exams and the staff and technicians were all absolutely warm welcoming and very helpful. It was also my daughters first ever eye exam!! Each visit is always pleasant and my daughter loves her new glasses

The staff was friendly and so were the optometrists I seen and I love that for $5 more you get 2 pairs with them!! I have been telling all my friends to go to them for glasses!! Awesome place and awesome people!

The staff at this location went about and beyond to assist with a family member who is in LTC and no longer mobile but needing new glasses. Thank-you! Great customer service!

My experience at FYI downtown on November 12, 2021 was just stellar. Receptionist asked me to ensure my insurance was up to date, the technician was polite and efficient and optometrist Dr Mark Vandermeulen was very personable and thorough. Optical Associate Sangita Ramial really stood out as she reviewed my Rx, discussed my preferences and selected over a dozen frames. All the while carrying on such an entertaining level of conversation. I walked away with two pairs of frames, Jimmy Choo's and Michael Kors. I can't remember a time where a whole team provided such excellent client service. Highly recommend this location downtown!

I feel that there is a level of professional responsibility that is expected of medical professionals that has not been met in regards to my needs as a patient. There is a standard of service when I make appointments to see to my personal health and I feel that standard has not been met and that my time is not being valued. I have taken time out of my work day to be present and you have repeatedly failed to provide me with service we agreed upon. I think that in this situation, compensation should be considered.
