We hired Expert Mechanical Services to install a new AC in our house. From the get-go Ben was knowledgable, guiding us through the installation progress from start to finish and answering all the questions that we had along the way. Expert Mechanical provided fair pricing and they did a quality install. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again

Ben and his team at Expert Mechanical Services did it again….Another stellar experience delivered! We had them repair our furnace in 2019, and called upon them for another HVAC need this year. Owner Ben was always accessible, responsive, professional and friendly, answering phone calls directly, and replying quickly to texts and emails. He researched our specific product to access warranty coverage and available rebates. Our Technician, also named Ben, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable in his trade. His workmanship was solid and clean, smoothly resolving our HVAC woes. I would certainly recommend their services for any HVAC needs.

Very poor service! Brand new build required new air conditioning unit. Worked for 1.5 months and have issues the past two years and now you guys are avoiding my request to have it fixed… AGAIN. Would not recommend

Very inflated prices! Not competitive at all!! Be very cautious as to what work is being done as your bill is going to be very high at the end!! BY THE WAY! You are not a reputable HVAC company! You subcontract your work! I have several of my customers who have used your service and feel that they have been taken advantage of also.I also recommend that they put in there reviews of how you do your business. Further more my review is honest and if you don’t like it then stop ripping people off! Be professional and MAN up to your negative reviews!!

We installed air conditioning unit from Ben. He and his team were very professional and responsive from starting to end. They were very patient and thorough in their job. They answered all of our questions and provided a detailed overview of everything. The technician who came to install the unit was very technical and took his time to install the unit. He even helped us to set our smart thermostat up and running after installing the AC unit. Even Ben himself called me in the evening to check on how did everything go. I highly recommend Ben for any of your home AC or heating needs. Very reasonable in price as well. Super happy that we went with Ben.

We contracted Expert Mechanicals for installation of two AC units at our place. Garrett and Kirk visited our place to provide the advice and estimate. Both of them are very knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of my questions in a simple way. It increased my comfort level.Price compared to competitors was better.Garrett visited me 3-4 times while technicians were installing equipments.Technicians were also knowledgeable, and professional.Please check them out if you want to get ACs installed at your home.

Update _ 3rd May 2022: Decided to turn it on for the first time after installation because kids were feeling hot and so glad we have it installed to beat the heat of summer. House got cold within minutes and AC started working as I was told without any issues. So happy with the service we got from Ben.Got the reasonable rate for AC install from Ben. He was very helpful in answering our concerns and questions. His team member Curtis did a good and clean job installing the air conditioner.I would recommend them for AC installation.
