I had been denied ODSP before. I was going to represent myself.A family friend said to give Will Davidson a try, as her son was very satisfied with his outcome.I am sure glad I did. Paul Cahill assigned me a lawyer named Hudson Chalmers to represent me at my Tribunal.This case was handled very professional and understanding right from the beginning. AMAZING!!!Mr. Paul Cahill was my lawyer at this firm. About a year ago I was hit by a car when I was driving and turning at an intersection in downtown Toronto. I went to the doctor and was told I had whiplash. Also, the driver side door of my car was damaged. I called Will Davidson and set up an appointment. The personal injury lawyer and staff were terrific. They reviewed my case and determined I was not at fault. They helped me get compensation for my injuries and damage to my car. Thanks so much for your help. I could not have handled dealing with the insurance company on my own. They were very supportive and kept me up-to-date about the case. It was resolved without having to go to court. I highly recommend Will Davidson as a supportive and professional personal injury law firm.
