Jimmy’s customer service and product itself was amazing. They would reply to my questions and concerns without hesitation. Although the transport was a bit hard since we had gotten the big bouncy castle Jimmy and his team assisted the whole way. Too bad we didn’t get to use the bouncy castle to its full potential due to the rain, I can only imagine the fun we would have had otherwise. I would definitely rent again from Amusement Depot without hesitation. Maybe even during the week since it’s decently priced. Good job amusement Depot and team!

Easy pick up and drop off. Incredibly reasonable price (best I could fine!) friendly service! Really just all around a very positive experience!

I love Amuzement depot. It's the second year we rent a bounce with them, always clean, almost new, the service is great, they respond rally fast and accommodate any special needs. We will keep renting with them for sure!

I rented a bouncy castle and ball pit from amusement depot for my daughters bday. Staff helped me answer any questions in a professional and friendly manner. they have affordable prices and the kids loved it. I would definitely use their services again :)

Great experience! Communication and customer service were amazing. Very responsive, provided all information needed, answered questions quickly and the inflatable game was in great condition. Highly recommend and will be renting from them again in the future.
