Popeye's Supplements

Ok I have to say this is one of the best customer experiences I've ever had in a Popeye's store or like overall most stores. Apologies if I'm misspelling her name but Radna at the Davie Vancouver location was 12/10 in customer service serious give her a raise I swear. I've been to the Richmond and W Broadway locations and I have never even remotely had an experience with such a helpful, encouraging and friendly staff member. Usually staff is more standoffish and will ask once if you need help and never talk to you again (or sometimes they don't even ask). I go to the gym but I am not some sort of expert on supplements so when I go into a Popeye it is overwhelming and I stick to what I know and Radna (again apologies if I am spelling your name wrong) was incredibly helpful with suggestions and support and encouraging me to try something new. I live closer to the W Broadway location and seriously considering just going to Davie/Yaletown for that kind of service. That employee deserves a raise no question.

Brandon is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in simplifying the process by providing me all of the best possible options for my needs, not trying to sell me on products I didn’t need. Being a beginner, this is why this type of environment can be overwhelming. This was a great experience here and I recommend anyone shopping for supplements to come in and talk to him!

In terms of customer service, this is the worst experience ever. The branch manager seems to be uneducated and ignorant about the products they have. He tried ripping me off by selling me products at different prices. Whatever was mentioned in their promotion, he tried to sell me the opposite.I used to be a loyal client of Popeyes, NOT ANYMORE, and I know the actual price. Terrible customer service with ugly attitudes like. Go to the energy club next to the store and get better prices and customer service.

Great protein store. Friendly customer service and we got lots of freebies for spending over $100 on their sale day. We will definitely be back.

Awesome service, knowledge, filled my online order that would have taken days to ship according to the Victoria store. Excellent experience, I will continue to purchase here (even though I am from the island)

Really good supplement store, they give out pre workout samples like candy on Halloween and the people who work there are really knowledgeable and kind, prices are really good too.
