Doo Doo's Bakery

No wonder why they are the number 1 ranked butter tarts in Ontario.All the staffs are friendly and very nice.I would highly recommend their plain butter tarts and walnut tarts.

Went for the butter tarts and ended up trying everything! Lovely little bakery with great butter tarts, pies and croissants. Try to go early in the day because everything is baked fresh and when they're out, they're out! Really nice staff as well ☺️

Date of visit: Sunday, July 14th 2019As we are always on the quest for the best butter tarts around, we have been trying to get to Doo-Doo's bakery for a while, but just have not been able to make it to the bake shop.I have been to many buttertart festivals around Ontario, including the big one in Midland, ON where I was a judge this past year.unfortunately the line up has always been so long, or they have been sold out by the time I got there. we have missed out on trying their 'famous' tarts at every turn.however, we finally made it to their bake shop in BailieBoro.We bought a dozen tarts of various kinds: plain, raisin, pecan, walnut, maple bourbon, coconut/raspberry, cheesecake, etc.Doo-Doo's has won many many awards for their tarts across Ontario.They have become highly recognized as some of the best butter tarts you are sure to find.As lovers of Butter Tarts, Roguetrippers were excited to try them.The tarts are delicious, and they are deserving of many awards.The pastry is light, flaky, delicate, but still thick enough to hold in the filling.the crust has a delicious taste - in fact it is quite tasty - you could eat it on it's own.The filling is smooth, creamy, buttery, decadent - and has the perfect ooze factor. it oozes out slowly, without dripping down your hand.Whether you like raisins or not - even the raisin tarts are so full of raisins - but the raisins do not over power the tart.You will definitely want to take a trip to Bailieboro, Ontario to visit Doo-Doo's bakery for your own #ButterTartQuest.

Delicious fresh made butter tarts! But they should keep supplied ! They keep on running out!

Really lovely little bakery and a great surprise of the area. I give the butter tarts a 4/5 (they were very sweet…a little too much to handle) but the bacon cheddar croissants were incredible and the cookies were so yummy too! Definitely worth the stop!

Service was good but tarts were even better. We came near closing on a weekday but there were still plenty for us to leave with more than enough. Tried the pecan, raisin, cheesecake and pumpkin. Each was a hit! It's out of the way for us but definitely worth the detour, especially now that we know how delicious they are.

Very disappointed of the service I feel she was annoyed by me asking question since I could not see a menu. I purchased 18 butter tarts when I got home I realize that many of them were damage from being put to tightly together and squish by the plastic wrap. I could not serve them to my guess because most of them were damage. I have no problem paying for a good service and product .This was not it.... $45 for bunch of broken butter tarts.

These are the best butter tarts we have ever tasted! My sister's and I drove from Oshawa to get a few of these after hearing all the rave reviews.We decided on the raisin butter tarts and we were not disappointed. They deserve every award they have been given. They are most definitely the best butter tarts in Ontario!

We are just visiting the area and had never heard the name Doo Doo's before. My partner found the bakery on a random Google map find and we were so excited!The tarts are impeccable and we were also recommended to try the sausage rolls. Amazing!Tart crust is chewy, crumbly and buttery. The inside is a beautiful combination of thick and chewy on top, and the bottom is thinner with a huge punch of flavour.We may even come back here just to revisit Doo Doo's! No wonder they have so many awards ribbons on display inside, definitely should be proud of their product!

Not only does this place do butter tarts well, they do fruit tarts as well. Place them on your dash on a hot day to warm them up and you'll be in heaven
