Was told 4 weeks tops for doctors paperwork regarding return to work after surgery. Over 4 weeks later and they won't answer phone, reply to voicemail, or reply to email. I am unable to go back to work until I get clearance and running out of money. This is beyond ridiculous. Might I add the paperwork is beyond basic and really only requires a signature in a couple spots. Pathetic. Please do not pay them your $50 or $75 (they change the price at their choice) unless they fill your forms out in front of you. Hope you enjoy your free Starbucks with the money you stole.

I want to thank this department for the excellent care I have received by all the staff over the past two years. Dr Beuerlein is an expert in his field and I would recommend him highly as a surgeon, as well as having a good bedside manner. Thank you everyone!

Dr. Pearce and all of his staff have been extremely professional, and especially patient and caring throughout the entire journey of receiving a total hip replacement. The wait times were accurate to what I was told during my initial consultation and my care team was there to answer any questions I had along the way over the phone. Thank you Central Alberta Orthopedics for being there for me.

Well I went in for a common bunion correction surgery. The surgery was done at Olds hospital luckily I was able to get transport arranged outside of their office as they don't provide transportation to the hospital they use. I feel like the doctor I saw prefers NOT to work with people as he does NOT provide any information unless asked. I had to have multiple surgeries as the first surgery was not successful and the second surgery was performed without the doctor assuming that I am not an active person. I was not given options and told I would be getting a pin. The follow up visit after the second surgery the doctor even tried to put the blame on me for the first surgery not being successful!!! And when I told him I planned on getting back into jogging after this surgery he said no, just walk, you can walk forever. They will also push their OVER PRICED post surgery boots and knee scooters (which you can find equal quality items for a quarter of the price on Amazon). I would advise people to look at other orthopedic doctors in either Calgary or Edmonton because if you need surgery they're just going to send you to another town anyways.

I cannot say enough good about this Orthopedic Clinic we have in Red Deer! They have helped me so much. Their entire team are very coordinated in their care plan. Over the last 4 years, I have had 3 different surgicall events- a rotator cuff repair, and 2 separate knee replacements. Many many thanks to Dr's Myburgh, Beuerlein, and Korbyl. I am again able to carry on my life with healing and freedom from pain. I am soooo grateful! And to the nurses, physio consults, and other staff who make this all happen every day ...thank you too!! A very professional...and caring..... team.
