If you’re looking for a place that serves great Indian Chinese at an affordable price, A1 is your go to place!We got their chicken pakora, house special fried rice and spicy fried rice along with chilli chicken and all the items tasted delicious! The quantity was more than enough for 4 of us and I’ll highly recommend this place for some flavourful Chinese food.

Ordered chicken Hakka Chow Mein. There were literally 5-6 pieces of shredded chicken. Thoroughly disappointing. Never had such bad food earlier at your restaurant. Wouldn't come back. it's better to have maggi at less than 1/4 the price than pay 13 dollars for this.

Ordered spicy chili chicken, house chow mein with chicken and shrimp and sweet and sour veggies. Sauced entrees come with rice. Food has delicious home cooked taste and is not over salted. Service is very pleasant, we were served water as we awaited our takeout. Go before 2:30 to get lunch specials. Open late, quaint dine in space, reasonably priced. So many positives! Will be back!

I just here to pick up take out. The food was excellent as usual, but I will not return as the service was awful. after placing my order I was informed they had no low sugar drinks. Then when I got my food it was fresh and hot, but the take out tray was thrown in sideways, cold drinks were under hot food. When I gave my order the cashier repeated back my order confirming it upon receiving my order I only received half my ordered.I was then informed I was not charged for the other half and would have to wait for it to be made and pay additional dollars. Sorry is not enough for this kind of service.

Stopped here for dinner on my way back to Toronto from Hamilton, as I wanted to try Indian Hakka food and this place is conveniently situated close to the highway. Despite its unassuming appearance, it is actually a gem! The interior was actually nice, airy and clean, and the tables were not too closed to each other, which I really liked. I also liked the combo of the pictures of spices on the walls and the lanterns hanging from the ceiling; the tasteful decorations reflect the restaurant's cuisine.We were given a plate and cutlery wrapped in napkins for each of us, and water was served in wine glasses. Now, the food...It was truly stunning! We ordered 5 dishes in total for the four of us: chicken tandoori momo as appetizer, with deluxe Hakka fried rice, coconut chicken, spicy garlic beef, and dry Bombay chicken as shared mains. Each of the dishes was so flavourful without being overpowering. All with a final price tag of less than $25 per person! It was a great culinary experience, which, given the affordability, easily rivals a Michelin-starred restaurant. It gives me an incentive to explore Mississauga's food scene more in the future!

Tried veg fried rice and veg manchurian gravy. Service was good, they had the food ready as promised for take out. Fried rice was decent, however their (pakoda style) manchurian were slightly burned and that imparted a taste to it. I have had better manchurian. Quality could certainly improve. Overall 3/5.

Today was the first time I tried A1 Hakkah. I was sick and also craving Hakkah to go with the home made chicken corn soup my mom made for me. I came inside the restaurant for take out. I ordered noodles and manchurian chicken. I did not have to wait to long for my order. Although there was an error and misunderstanding with my order (I only noticed when I got home and We both did not check it before I left), A1 ensured they fixed it. Instead of brushing off the issue, they dealt with it immediately and professionally. This is what you call excellent customer service. I guess they really do live up to their name, “ A1”. Thank you for making up for it. The food was delicious and I will be back again!
