Weston Seeds

Disappointed. Drove all the way from Cambridge on a Saturday and it said on the door they are closed due to “covid”. Nothing on their website indicating this.

This place is not open! Arrived to find a note on the door that said all orders must be done online or by phone. Didn’t answer phone. This needs to be updated on their website or on this page.

Bought the GEO sprouter , which arrived with a big chip out of the side. There were no shards in the box, so it had to have happened prior to packaging and not during transport. Also, the arugula and cress seeds clog the sprouter holes, so no water drains down, defeating the whole purpose of the sprouter as it now needs to be lined with paper towel or something like that.... Upon calling Weston, we were told that no, there are no refunds possible, so take it up with Canada Post. I will never buy from this company again, and warn you to do the same!

Great Service, very polite & friendly. Love their seeds. Bought Radish, Lettuce, Cucumber, Kale and more, which germinated quickly. Next year I intend to go for more! So glad to have found them, they have given a new life to my backyard! Thank you.

Great seed at great prices. Have ordered from them for several years now. I like the different selection than what is usually found over here. The only issue is the somewhat entertaining and often confusing 'engrish' descriptions(which I am fine with as they are not made or packaged in canada. I am happy there is any english and I'm sure the italian description is spot on). Have recommended to many people

When I asked whether the seeds had been delivered, the owner responded sarcastically and condescendingly. He became defensive and said how is he to know when it would be delivered by Mr. or Mrs. Postman." He also took issue with my only ordering one pack of seeds. He felt that his having to explain anything was "repetitive" and not worth his time as I only purchased one pack. He also implied I should have read through his whole website to understand the entire shipping process which was ridiculously complicated. We bantered back and forth by email and his position remained the same - sarcastic
