Sergei is amazing - fast, professional service, and went above and beyond what I originally called for! I needed a fridge and microwave installed and I didn’t have all the right parts. Sergei was amazing!He installed my Kitchen Fan and also the stove.He had to move the electrical outlet for the stove to the bottom on the wall to accommodate the stove.Then he found that the gas pipe with the flexible pipe was too high.So he installed a L-shaped pipe to bring the flexi pipe horizontal instead of vertical.He worked for over 3 hours and did a fantastic job.I was so impressed with his honesty and hard work,I gave him $30 more.I would definitely hire him for all my appliance installations.

I needed a new gas stove hooked up and Rushuk Helping Hands took my call right away and managed to fit me in as their last appointment on the same day. It was very much appreciated! They were fast and efficient and carried my old stove to the curb for me. I would use their services again and recommend them without hesitation.

I inquired online for my gas dryer installation. Their response was quick and an appointment for their service was set-up the same day. Sergei came in to install my gas dryer. He's a no-nonsense type of guy. He was very thorough and knows what he is doing, very punctual too. I highly recommend them.

Great service. Sergei came same day I called for an over the range microwave installation. He was very professional and efficient. He definitely knew what he was doing and he did it fast but methodically at the same. Definitely recommend his services.

The technician didn't turn up to run a gas line despite repeated follow ups. He gave me time on two consecutive days but just didn't turn up on the first day and on the second day cited bad weather whereas it was bright and sunny. He didn't even bother to take my call or reply to my texts.

Sergey installed a gas stove in our home. Highly professional and personable, the entire process and experience with Sergey was an absolute pleasure! He came to our home to give us an estimate one evening, on short notice from us, and after a long day of work for him. He then showed up on the installation date, despite it being extremely cold outside (!!!!!), and installed the gas line swiftly. One thing to know about us is that we did not schedule a time with Sergey because we are both working from home, and despite us not setting a hard time, Sergey showed up in the morning as promised, and communicated when he was on his way to make sure it was a good time for us. The price was also very reasonable and fair, the cheapest I was able to find actually, which to us as new homeowners meant a lot. So... If you need an appliance installed, and care for a professional and friendly service, Sergey is your guy. I know we appreciated his burst of positive energy in these trying times!
