Passport Office

June 28, 2023, Passport RenewalArrived at 7AM and I was 4th in line waiting waiting for the office to open. By 7:30 there was about 20 people in line. Got in and out by 9AM.Amazing staff for the most part.

Amazing experience! We were done in about an hour as everything flowed and moved incredibly fast! Staff are super helpful and kind. Security guard was cracking jokes the whole time making everyone feel at ease! Staff answered questions kindly and were very charismatic and lively despite it being 8am!

Last update on Dec 1:Passport received in 3 business days. Can’t believe how efficient they are! Job well done !Got in 9:15am and left at 12:05pm with a confirmation of the renewal passport to be sent via a registered mail on Dec 9. 3 hours wait, $10 parking and 10 business days to receive the passport. Excellent customer service. The security staff and the office staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. This is an absolutely amazingly job Service Canada Passport Office!!

We actually had a good experience today at the Passport Office. Yes, we had to be there by ~7:45AM because there is always a line-up (it’s quite a densely populated area after all). The kiosks open @ 8:30AM and we were all done by ~9:10AM, being around 30th in line. People who work there were very nice and the process well organized.

I waited about an hour which is less than the last time I got my passport and they had a large Auditorium here in a very organized way of bringing in about 25 people at a time. Wasn't too bad of an experience especially since I was expecting to be waiting for several hours. If you're expecting to be in and out in 10 minutes you're going to be disappointed but otherwise not too bad.

It was long line but staffs are so friendly and kind. Totally different organized.First when I get there they guide to room to get number who gave number. He is assume staff because during the waiting he explain why we are in room and next steps make us laugh.Next room staff check application and give number for next staff.She was so kindly explain which is I made little mistakes write. She make me comfortable, patience. It was good experienceThank you to all staffs.

The process was smooth, decent and as said on the website, 1:45 waiting time. I arrived at 12:30 and left at ~2:20. The line was inside the building and there was a sitting hall.There were staff available to guide you if you have questions and the floor were marked so you find your way.

Got to the building at 9 am. There were about 15 people ahead of me in the first line up. About 15 minutes later we were sent to an auditorium and given numbers and waited for another 10-15 minutes. We were greeted by Matt and he explained the process and was extremely friendly(as was everyone else working there.) We were then lead into another room where employees checked to make sure you had everything to complete the process. Took about 8 minutes. Upon completing the check, you are given a number and sent to the actual passport office to wait and submit your application. The number being served was 48 and I was 58 so there weren't many people in front of me. When my number was called I was helped by Phil(who was amazing,friendly and very helpful). This process took about 15 minutes. Took me about an hr to complete the entire process. I was also told Monday was a lot busier then the Tuesday I went. Process was quick and easy
