Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I made a reservation for 11 am, but when I realized last minute that I might need it earlier, the gentleman found a different vehicle and got it ready for me.He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable; and he went out of his way to make my day better

Zero star. I would give -1 star if possible. I won't be coming here again. Here is the advice for you: DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE..!! They will definitely rip off your pocket.I got a rental car (Jeep Cheroke 2021) from here recently for 5 days. As the staff told me if I'm late, I can drop off after hours and return the key in the key drop off box. So, I dropped the car off at around 11pm, got some pictures of the parked vehicle in front of the store and retuned the key. There were 8-9 rental vehicles around my car at that time.The next morning, I was surprised when the store called me saying all 4 wheels with tire from the car has been stolen. The branch is making me responsible because I did not buy insurance from them even though this has happened in their premises just in front of the store.I went back to the store couple hours later to know what actually happened and the agent at the front was rude with no customer service skills at all. When I asked for the video footage of the premises, they said they don't have any camera of the premises....!! I can't believe how in the world they are doing business with fairly new and expensive cars but no video cameras in the premises????? The agent never ever told me that this place is not secured to drop off after hours. If I knew this is the case, I would not drop it off after hours.Whenever I tell this incident to my friends and colleagues around me, they think that someone from the store might have been involved in this incident. Here are possible reasons:1) Store knows I did not buy the insurance from them. So, they targeted my car to rip me off even though there were so many cars parked around my car.2) I checked with the store manager that this vehicle has wheels lock nuts and key. The key stays in the glove box as like all other new vehicles. The car was still locked after the wheels have been stolen. Someone took the wheels off the car without the key and without opening the car? This is absurd..!!3) Store knows they don't have any cameras so can do Mickey Mouse" as they wish to.Enterprise sent me a bill for 4 wheels replacement cost

He gave me a great deal on the vehicle.The Ford Expedition I rented was in immaculate condition, both inside and out, providing a comfortable and luxurious ride throughout my trip. The car's powerful engine and smooth handling made every drive a pleasure. Enterprise's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Returning the vehicle was a breeze, and the staff was equally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Enterprise for their top-notch service and quality vehicles.

I needed a rental for 1 one-way trip on a snowy day. The first person I saw and spoke with behind the desk was not very interested in helping. I got the impression his shift was done, and there was nothing they could do.But then came Moe, I believe he is one of the managers there. He was patient and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. He presented additional upgrade options due to the weather. He even called the following week to confirm everything was good. I'm super happy with my experience.

words cannot describe the excellent professional service that I you get here the manager, great personality great customer service all his employees they look happy to be there to help people I’ve been a customer in Oxford St., West for over 8years. Their customer service is nothing compared to the one in Hyde Park, maybe they should go and get some training classes there I appreciate it the service that you guys provide keep up the excellent work five star is not enough

Begged to be picked up. Literally their slogan. Picked up after needing their vehicle to be towed. Roadside help and a manager from my booking city located a van. Needed 7 seats. They wouldn’t give me a van. Took over 2 hours. Dreadful communication and comprehension skills. Use this location if you enjoy frustrating conversations and repeating yourself.

I was taken care of by Moe. He couldn't be more helpful and attentive. Gave me the car I wanted with no fuss and was very proffessional. I appreciate people like him who take pride in their job and show up with a sociable and optimistic attitude. Will rent again.Thanks enterprise,Basel

I rent from this location quite frequently and everytime I visit the center, it is always a pleasure interacting with the staff there. They have an amazing team (Moe, Sunny, Joseman, Mary and Rashed) who are always there to help and address any concerns. They have a decent car collection and always handover neat clean and well maintained cars. I keep visiting this branch whenever i have to rent and have also referred the location to a couple of my friends who have had a good expereince as well. Keep up the good work!

An awesome customer service experience I have had at this branch. Moe Chams is just phenomenal! His customer service skills is unmatched. Moe always go above and beyond to help me and provide all the assistance I need. He always makes things happen and puts a smile on my face on each visit. Hey Branch Manager, I highly commend Moe Chams for his excellent and selfless customer service. Moe is definitely the perfect candidate for a managerial position and I see that happening soon! It definitely shouldn’t hurt to give him a pay raise and some bonuses for now. Good job Moe. Keep up the good work!!!
