Beach House Nail Bar & Spa

Everyone was super great and my nails look fantastic! My only minor issue is that the tables they do your nails at are too high. I'm a part time wheelchair user and if I'd rolled in there with my chair, I would not have been able to reach the counter.

I went to Beach House Nail & Bar for a gel manicure and pedicure. I had an appointment, and waited over 30 minutes for my services to begin. While I sat there, the manager did the owner's nails, instead of beginning on mine. The tech who did my nails was very sweet, but the job was not worth the $ 135 cost. Several of the services listed under the Luxe package I booked were not performed (no mask, no hot stone massage) This place is poorly run with no emphasis on customer service. I will not be back.

My daughter and I received a beautiful pedicure experience, with excellent care to detail, and great customer service! Our feet felt decadent and toes were perfection. Loved!!!

Went in for a pedicure and Holly was so unprofessional. I ended up leaving because of the rudeness. Don’t get any services done there. Also very unsanitary. They do not use liners in their tub water.

Beach House is fantastic! The spa is beautifully decorated and has plush, comfy oversized chairs for pedicures. The overall vibe is upscale relaxation. I like to bring a book, cozy up into the pedicure chair and relax and this is just the place to do so!The employees are so nice and helpful! At my appointment, when I not once but twice hit my toes and smudged my polish, it was no problem. My nail technician fixed it both times with no irritation.There is a great selection of nail polishes-I particularly love the Dazzle polish! It stays on longer than regular polish but doesn't tear my nails up like gel. For someone who is finicky about their polish, it really is a great option to have!Facial services here are amazing!! I have had two so far and am making the switch from my former esthetician to Jenna!I can't rave about this place enough! It truly is a fantastic, relaxing, calming and fun atmosphere to pamper yourself!

This will be my go-to nail salon from now on. I got acrylic nails for years, and wanted to try something new, so my friend booked me and her a mani/pedi here just a week ago before our trip. I was with Meghan - and I can’t recommend her enough! She has a sweet personality, super knowledgeable and she hands down did the best manicure I have ever gotten. Her customer service was a breath of fresh air, I will absolutely be back.

This was my first time here and I chose the Luxe pedicure.The pedicure was for 11:15 after a lovely facial.However they were running late.Which happens and I was ok with it.When the tech was able to take me, the foot bath was cold. Which she warmed up for me.No tools to take off gel polish.No help from the owner which was in the building.No really good place to dry gel polish. Which nicked my polish and left a wrinkle.The tech was great, but you could tell she was frustrated.No reading material to browse and I finally finished at 2pm.Will not return for their services.To pricey and unprofessional.

I went in recently with my Dad, I truly have never had a better Nail salon experience! I had Cassandra and she was so nice, Constantly asking if i’m comfortable and okay was really helpful! I wish I caught the name of who helped my dad because she was also amazing according to him, We will definitely be returning! I also have extremely short nails and polish is typically rough for me in my work, However after building two shelving units that were quite confusing i’ve had 0 chips! I believe I got Gel! Definitely will be getting again!
