First time trying outWell, I have to say chicken was seasoned well, but the taste of old oil was present threw out chicken. Over saturated with oil!Not to mention chicken was raw, about 1/4 of the chicken.The large portion also was quite small! 12 pieces of chicken and a large side only big enough for two people??? To me that doesn’t seem right all.Overall thought it was overpriced for what we had gotten. Plus after seeing the raw chicken and taking picks to show the delivery company our money was refunded.

I've had a lot of fried chicken sandwiches. It's my go-to food whenever I am eating out. The chicken sandwich from chicken is the best I've ever eaten hands down. It's better than Popeyes, KFC, McDonald's, BK. Better then them all.

It was me and my husbands first time trying out this restaurant.and we spend a good amount of money And id have to say, first impression was great. They were friendly. FOOD WAS GREAT! In my opinion was better then any chicken place. Although they forgot to put one of our items in the bag and we found out when we got home. (Everyone makes mistakes) We called them and they brought us our food right away with no issues! We were very satisfied with everything!We will definitely be returning!Thank you chicken kitchen!

We've been twice. The quality of the chicken is excellent. There are multiple food options in this plaza that have bigger 'names' but I choose this place for quality and flavor if you want great chicken items. Side note, they have a dessert bar with tons of high quality options and milkshakes. My kids loved the desserts!

Ordered here for the first time to try something different from popeyes.Seemed like a fairly good value for price but that's the only saving grace.My main issue was that the coating on the chicken is hot hot , spicy hot dipped in cayenne pepper hot.This is not labeled anywhere on the website. My children could not eat this chicken as it was burning their lips.When I called the restaurant to enquire, they politely told me that all their chicken is spicy unless you SPECIFICALLY WRITE IN THE COMMENTS OF THE ORDER that you want mild.Why is there no option when ordering? There is a clear indicator on the box that mild is available so why make us jump through hoops?I'm not a huge fan of spice myself either but the fact that my children couldn't eat dinner now was annoying.The sides were mediocre at best, I think I'll stick to popeyes where they're more transparent about their seasonings.

First ,I ordered from an app so even though I gave the atmosphere 5 starts I actually have no clue. I gave it five stars because if the food speaks for the place its perfect .I hate most fried chicken places ,and I wanted to order anything but, yet my sons won the power of choice so we picked this place at random. Now we finally have a restaurant to look forward to.The food came very hot , and there was so much in every order .Also the soda choices are amazing. I don't drink soda but my sons were super happy to be able to get something other than a coke or sprite .The coleslaw is a vinegar/mayo based and other than needing to add black pepper (for my own taste) it was really nice and not too acidic like the white haired man's place .The loaded chicken bowl honestly could feed two people and the Mac and chicken I could only eat half my order and will save it for lunch tomorrow.While writing this my 20 yearold son came out to tell me this is now his favorite restaurant and to keep it as our go to place . we don't order out much and when we do we are always left feeling like it wasn't worth the money but not this time . We are full like thanks giving stuffed full and have half of our meals left for tomororw.I am glad I lost the power of choice and we got to try this place out .Will definitely be telling friends and family about it as well as ordering again, the next time we need to oder in .

I've never posted any kind of review before. I've had disappointing experiences at all kinds of restaurants before but I always felt like I wanted to give constructive feedback directly as opposed to just trying to get my purchase for free as so many people do nowadays. That being said I wanted to give my compliments to Chicken Kitchen for a great job. The food, the staff etc. etc. It was all great. Amazing how an average day can end on such a high note. Very well done by all of you!
