This is the 2nd project we’ve had the pleasure of working on with Kitchen Pro. It’s been nothing short of a pleasant experience each time. Joe was awesome to work with, he won’t rest until the final design was to our liking. For there we were promised a specific delivery date, which was met with no delays. The installation process was seamless, and the crew made sure to cleanup after themselves. 5 star experience, leaving us with smiles on our faces and ready to enjoy our new basement to its fullest.

The professionals at Kitchen Pro made our experience seamless from beginning to end. Victor presented us with several options and was very transparent with their work. He allowed us to explore the showroom and the manufacturing shop until we were satisfied. This allowed us to confidently make a decision and go with their services. He then seamlessly handed off the project to the design team where Joe was able to turn all of our “must haves” into a reality. We had issues surround load bearing walls and Joe was able to work with the layout and still design a one that maintained the style and flow we were looking for.Selina finally took over the end product with countertops and finishes. She has a natural eye for what looks good and ensured the job was completed on time and with no detail overlooked.The group at Kitchen Pro really embody what teamwork and dedication is. Their professional knowledge and craftsmanship is all included and at a very reasonable price point. If I were in the market for another kitchen build I wouldn’t hesitate to go with them again. I highly recommend you set up a meeting at their showroom. You won’t be disappointed!

Our experience with Kitchen pro was superb from the 1st interaction with Selena who was very professional and patient and help us made decisions and she was always available to help us choose product and work with our contractor on scheduling the installation. Joe was our interior design and he was great and paid a lot of attention to details from molding to drawers and came to the site check before , during and after installation to make sure that everything fit . Bulkhead in the kitchen had to be removed in order to get the dimension exactly . The web consultation and review of 3D helped us make the right decision . Victor at the office was great in working with our budget and we were also pleased with our decision to purchase the counter thru Kitchen Pro. the designer asked that we go to the shop to see exactly were the cuts were being made specially for the transition lines . A friend recommended Kitchen Pro to us after getting her kitchen re-done. The quality of Kitchen Pro's cabinets and the professionalism of the entire team was outstanding. The process from the design (incorporating our ideas), to picking out the finishes, to the delivery and installation was impeccable! There were a variety of finishing options to select from and suggestions from the designers were appreciated. Selina at the front desk offers excellent customer service and answered our many questions. We were so impressed with this company that we returned to Kitchen Pro to do a second kitchen. Had a really great experience working with Victor, Joe and team for a custom bathroom vanity. Victor was really patient and accommodating with all our requests and the team was really meticulous with the technical drawings, manufacturing, and delivery and install. In addition to their great work, their pricing is fair and they have a large enough team and shop that they can quickly turn around projects. We are now using them for our laundry room cabinets and can’t wait to see the final product. Don’t hesitate to contact them!

Joe Ip, our designer from KitchenPro is incredibly talented, thorough, patient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Nothing was left to chance. We felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire process, which was a relief as we were doing a total main floor renovation with many moving parts. During the renovation, we decided to add to the scope of the project and added cabinets in the family room as well. The team at KitchenPro was able to accommodate our request and installed these cabinets at the same time as the kitchen cabinets so there was no delay, and we are very happy with the results. We met with other kitchen cabinet companies before deciding to go with KitchenPro, but KitchenPro clearly stood out from the rest. We feel so fortunate to have been referred to them. After going through more than 10 companies, I am very happy to find Kitchen Pro. Through checking reviews, visiting its factory, and talking to sales manager Victor, I know that this company could produce high quality products, but with a very competitive price. Some other similar companies could charge as much as twice more. Now the project is done, I am very happy for the final cabinets. many friends gave good compliments. The service is super, Victor, Joe (designer) and Selina are very patient, honest, knowledgeable, and providing timely response. Even installation staff are great too, pay attention to details, no rush work. I recommend this company 100% to my friends.

Through referral, we found Kitchenpro. It’s Great experience working with Kitchenpro from design to installation! Joe is Very professional and detail- oriented designer. Selena provide great customer service, quick response whatever we need. Very happy with the look and finishes. I share the picture to social media, got many likes. Many friends ask me their contact.

Beware this company is using the most lowest grade quality material. We found Kitchen Pro on google and just like you went through reviews but we were unfortunately mislead. Giselle, who is their designer was very help in the beginning but as the process went along and they got their payment, we discovered many issues and details were missed which were not part of the initial agreement. The counter top ended up being 38inch which makes it too high and not standard as they missed counter measurements in final design. It makes it very difficult to use kitchen with this height and not practical. The doors started fall apart including soft close stop working and hinges coming out as part of the very poor installation and workmanship. The worst part of this all was the stains that started to appear on the doors after only 2 months which no matter what wouldn’t come out and got worse. We worked with Giselle and Crystal to get the door replaced. They were unhelpful and unreliable. Crystal especially was unhelpful and the majority of the time would not keep her word. After a year of trying to work with Kitchen pro on a solution, and agreeing to pay an additional cost to get them to replace, even though it was evident that there was a defective in the material. Victor himself admitted that they were “fighting” with the supplier and after a few months, confirmed that they no longer make this product anymore. Victor was very disrespectful and completely blamed us to the way we “use our kitchen”. This is not the first time we had designed a kitchen from scratch but the most difficult and worst experience. Victor suggested I bring in one of the doors to determine with the supplier why the stains were visible and gave me the door back in worse condition and in the end was very vulgar in letting me know that he was not interested in helping us find a solution. Victor had no interest in keeping the customer happy rather left me feeling to blame and disappointed. This company uses low quality products and it’s not meant to last. Ultimately we felt betrayed and ripped off after paying above and beyond the worth of this product and type of service. No customer loyalty or integrity comes with this company.
