I don't really shop at claire's because never thought they had products young and older . My 16 year old son wanted hos ears pierced it was the best experience Ive had in a while . We were taken care of a young girl her name is Razon is was so pleasant, clean and very polite . She was handling the store on her own and she greeted every person that walked in even though she was busy with someone. Fantastic experience shopping there . I will definitely shop fhere again . She derves more than a 5 star . Thank you Razon .

Visit the store yesterday with my 3 kids, one of the store staff accused my kid in making mess in the store and breaking the product in front of all the store customers at that time. She refer that it's not fair that she was organizing the store for two hours and the kids mess the whole store. First of all it never heppend, second of all what right she has to put those occussions and embarrassing my self and my kids in front of other people, she made us to pay for those toys, one of my kids been crying all the way back home because she got so embarrassedif it's not a kids friendly store put a proper sign and people with the kids will avoid your store , and I sincerely hoping that it's not a company policy but a rude and not professional staff member.

Great Claire’s location. Friendly staff. My daughter got her piercing here last year! This location has amazing piercers ! Quick and comfortable. I always bring her back for her hair accessories and toys.

DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE OR AT ANY CLAIRESGO TO AN ACTUAL PIERCING PLACE CLAIRES IS NOT CAPABLE. YOU ARE BASICALLY PLAYING THE LOTTERY EXCEPT YOU LOSE MONEY, GET INFECTIONS, UNEVEN PIERCINGS, AND A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND INSTEAD OF WINNING YOU JUST GET A MEDIOCRE PEIRCING!other than that i like going here i guess. great for kids, everything is pretty expensive but what can u expect? have fun shopping for accessories and stuff for your kids or younger siblings.

I got so many good deals in here from cheap tongue rings too loads of other bits off jewelry!I love Claire’s and I will always love Claire’s it doesn’t matter how old you are you’re never to old for this shop, in this particular shop the staff are also extremely helpful and polite I would definitely go again!

The sell Squishmallow. Not a lot, a few designs, but another option and outlet for these popular toys. Price is meh. Inventory hit and miss. Sometimes nothing, sometimes something.

Extremely poor customer service was experienced during our visit. Despite the website stating that no prior appointment was required, the receptionist refused to accommodate my daughter, causing immense disappointment and ultimately spoiling her special day....

Doesn't have a nice selection of thing's and it is a bit disorganized. The staff don't seem concerned or even interested in helping the customer or improving overall satisfaction of your visit. It's a shame, I usually go to Vaughan Mill's or Fairview Mall to look for what I need. I don't think that store will last long in there if things don't change.

This is a small store with a cute variety of items at fair prices. The service is friendly. The parking is free. Thanks!
